Dear, Mr. President Putin of Russia
This is an E-mail regarding the recent tensions between our two states (Russia and USSR) and our recent "second coming" if you will. with your recent press conference referring to the massacres of the former union. We would like to clearly state that our nation will attempt to distance ourselves from the outdated system of the previous government. We have plans to reform the old system into a modern system! First by reforming the constitution of Uzbekistan, Then by modernizing the land and finally industrialization. We also must state that usage of secret police and suppression will never be used. The Union has no quarrels with the Russian Empire, despite our ideological differences. We firmly believe that peaceful relations with russia can be achieved. We are not going to attempt to restore the old union to its former size and reach. It would be a suicidal undertaking to even attempt! We may share the name with the Soviet Union but in truth we have many differences from it.

We hope for a great relationship with the Russian motherland as we are founded on the expanse that is your nation. your nation was traumatized by Stalinism, Leninism and other Totalist Fanatics and because of that we are deeply sorry. This is why we would like to invite you to Tashkent to draft a treaty of Peace. Formalizing peaceful relations well into the future.
