In the confines of his office, Interior Minister Santiago Abascal would dial an encrypted line with his counterparts from Great Britain and the United States of America. Emma Ryan from the United Kingdom would be added into the call and Bruce E. Babbitt from the United States of America would be added into the call as he awaited a response from the fellow politicians.
