“…the People’s Republic will not tolerate direct or indirect threats to its sovereignty or goals for regional diplomatic and economic expansion. Interference with our goals will be met with swift repercussions and in order to maintain stability and discourage any potential aggression the People’s Congress has approved a 20 Billion Dollar Air Force Spending Bill. Using Chinese Financial Reserves and Loans we plan to acquire the latest and most advanced aerospace technology available. This includes the Chengdu J-10A, Su-27SMK, and Su-30MKK. Defensive armaments that will be worth up to 10 Billion are also being procured with the advancement of the HQ-9 Surface to air missile system and the construction of Ultra long range radar to detect incoming attacks before they cross the border. The program will create an impenetrable dome around the PRC to prevent any attacks from aircraft and Importantly missiles from any direction.
We will also be investing in over 3 billion US dollars worth of missile technology in order to allow for precision strikes on any target around the world. Over 500 ICBMs will be produced along with hundreds of TEL launchers for quick strikes along our borders. SLBMs will be placed around the world in order to ensure international security, with the production of at least 15 Nuclear powered ballistic missile submarines in the coming months.
Naval Technologies will also be advanced with a focus on location and immediate destruction of targets while being able to defend against any attack. This means the complete modernization of the Navy with VLS to become standard on all surface vessels and advanced CIWS. We are also proud to announce the opening of our first research facility which will handle the development of a new class of advanced naval craft which will serve to defend the interests of the people at home and abroad. In fact we are beginning the development of a new class of aircraft that will be the first production 5th generation fighter in the world which will target and destroy any target miles away, eliminating the need for close range combat operations.
As for the Army we are undergoing a restructuring to modernize the army to become the most advanced and capable force worldwide. This means the advancement of our armored divisions to compete with neighboring nations which are rapidly expanding their armed forces. All future MBTs produced will come standard with Anti tank Guided missiles in order to counter any threat. This will be funded by the commencement of our new defense sales program which will sell the best available weaponry that China has to offer, unlike other defense programs which limit their customers to what they can buy. CNDC will also be announcing the sale of brand new cruise missile systems that have never been released to the export market until now. These deadly weapons will crush any opposition at supersonic speeds and will come with TEL systems that will allow for easy firing.
This is the new China, we will compete with the Armies of the world and will not be deterred, the previous administrations have been weak but it’s time the world understands the power of China and how we will be world powers whether you like it or not. As part of this we are issuing a formal statement on the Thai-Laos war which is completely unprovoked, we give Thailand a week to pull out all forces or we will begin imposing sanctions which will cripple the Thai Economy. We call out the nations that supply Thailand to halt this activity immediately, you are fueling a horrific genocidal war and it is hypocritical to continue this action.
