TERMINATION NOTICE​

To whom it may concern within Sparrow Industries,

This letter is to inform you that with regret your contract with Strömberg International Legal Consultants has come been terminated with immediate effect. Your current arrangements, signed under contract reference number SILC/001/R/95, was an arranged twelve month retainer in July 1995 and has since expired thus prompting this correspondence. Should this be sent in error, please let us know if you believe it to be inaccurate. As your point of contact with Strömberg International Legal Consultants I must tell you that it has been a pleasure working with First Choice International and the now Sparrow Industries, including her subsidiaries.

Our work together has seen $4,544,875,000.00 stream through our corporate accounts, exclusively relating to First Choice International and/or Sparrow Industries matters. That is a huge 152.5% growth from your initial retainer payment! This neglects to include the countless out-of-court disposals, served cease and desists and deterioration of the unlawful and wilful infringement of your corporations legal rights.

As an offer of assistance, you have the option of obtaining a further twelve month retainer package with Strömberg who have since expanded into Strömberg International Legal Consultants and Strömberg Debt Collection Solutions. Whilst under the same umberalla this gives our clients, and you, the option to specifically tailor your services to better suit your needs... we have undoubtedly proven our benefit to Sparrow Industries with such a huge amount of success with your organisation. It is policy that we protect our clients trade secrets, customer lists and other confidential or proprietary information as vigorously as possible and as a result of this we immediately relinquish all and any responsibility of the Sparrow Industries name and her subsidiaries; relieving you of any legal ties with our organisation and giving you full and complete control of your next steps.

Your renewed contract offers the following terms:

1. Strömberg retains a 35% cut for post-court and/or out-of-court settlements, the remainder of which retained by Sparrow Industries..​

2. Strömberg retains a 30% cut for post-court and/or out-of-court settlements, which sit below a $1,000,000,000.00 threshold, the remainder of which retained by Sparrow Industries.​

3. Strömberg retains a further 15% cut for post-court and/or out-of-court settlements which require debt collection solutions.​

4. Strömberg offers a exclusive additional services at preferential rates for existing customers.​

Your renewal is valued at $2,400,000,000.00. I hope the undeniable profits gained with our assistance gives you some guidance in considering renewal with our organisation.

We have reviewed last year's Agreement and would like to suggest a number of alterations before we proceed —

• One of the conditions of Renewal is a further 15% cut against Debt collection solutions? Over a third of your services to Sparrow fall into this category and, almost always necessitate court proceedings. Are we to understand that you'll receive 50% commission? Not only is this a huge slice of our Settlement, but it is most certainly not fair or reasonable. This does not seem like a worthwhile investment to our company, when you factor how little we actually claim at court.
  
  
• A large portion of your time is bought arranging Contractual Agreements on behalf of our company, which isn't standard. We need to know what your Preferential rates are, as we most certainly need these services in the near future. You were notified in advance about a Client who is waiting on Strömberg to arrange their contract. So, it's imperative that our two businesses have an understanding to avoid our Client waiting any longer. Most definitely, we want to avoid any unpleasantries.

Dear Aimee Durand,

Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding our proposed contractual arrangements and your requested amendments. I have addressed each of your concerns below:

• Strömberg Debt Collection Solutions is a recently established and licences debt collection agency which seeks to pursue civil arrangements and out-of-court disposals which would otherwise not be recieved by the client, in this case Sparrow Industries. Given our recent significant profit margins as detailed in our previous letter which stand, at the most recent calculation, at around 152.5%; we would like to see this grow even further with Strömberg Debt Collection Solutions whom would have the means to pursue monies which would otherwise be left undisputed with difficult justification for pursuit of funds in such minuscule quantities.
  
• Giving an exact figure for the drafting of contractual arrangements is very difficult to do given the variety of complexities and specialisations required in a variety of different situations. With that said, however, all our-of-contract arrangements are agreed with a full breakdown of costs, including preferential rates.

Hopefully this reassures you that the aforementioned contract seeks to gain even more profit for Sparrow Industries.
