[Sweden]: Message to Brazil

Dear Minister Vitoria de Acebedo,

I write to you following our global consultation expressing our interest in a potential purchase of a quantity of business aircraft.

Following this consultation we have identified that the Embraer manufacture aircraft consistent with the specifications required by the Swedish Government whilst maintaining a dignified, modern and strong air presence - attributes that we believe are important for our client portfolio. This investment will be on a larger scale as we plan to overhaul continental travel worldwide and there is a budget to suit.

On this basis I would like to invite representatives of the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry & Foreign Trade alongside business executives of Embraer S.A. to Stockholm to further discuss the viability of these aircraft with out client portfolio; the Department of Foreign Affairs. Of course, any accommodation, security and domestic travel arrangements will be made locally to minimise disruption to your daily routine - should you have any special requests please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to facilitate them as soon as possible.

Could I ask for your confirmation of attendance, number of representatives? and I will respond with the arrangements once recieved.
