Following consultation within the Swedish Ministry of Defence it was deemed necessary and appropriate for armed forces to be deployed nationally to ensure dynamically set objectives are achieved during economic growth. Central government has made it clear to subsidiary ministries that the political figure of Sweden is of upmost importance to ensure the protection of Human Rights globally and push Swedish/European values; with this political step will come push back from neighbouring states, foreign government, civil organisation and terrorist cells. Operation Utgivare ultimately serves as a clean-and-go operation. The gaps in Swedish self-defence need to be established in order to assist the Ministry of Defence in procurement processes and potentially foreign military aid.

Kalligne Air Base, the home of the 1st Air Control Wing and in particular the 11th Airborne Air Control Squadron, is given the green light by command staff to allow AEW&C and SIGNIT aircraft to lift and begin the first phase of operations within the Baltic Sea and Swedish air space. Information is fed from the top through to Lieutenant Colonel Arne Qvist who gives the final instruction for ground crew and flight crew to begin preparing aircraft for departure. The crew immediately begin their pre-flight checks both on the aircraft and within the air base - this operation is treated with utmost importance in-line with deployment expectation from the Ministry of Defence, keeping well within a maximum threshold. Within minutes the aircraft taxi from their holding positions and towards the runway where they ultimately depart from Sweden, heading direct to the Baltic Sea.

Lieutenant Colonel Arne Qvist makes contact with the Ministry of Defence, confirming that phase one of Operation Utgivare had begun and Swedish aircraft were in the skies.

As the aircraft begin to breach civil airspace they begin levelling to a cruising altitude. Communication is absolutely essential in the initial trials of the Swedish Air Force and with the intention to impress the Ministry of Defence their every move is relayed to Swedish military ATC alongside a repetition of their movements for the save of civil control rooms. The plan for the 11th Airborne Air Control Squadron is to follow the border of the Swedish EEZ, including that of Gotland, and to fly around the peninsula to the mouth of the North Sea before awaiting further instruction from command. The aircraft. The aircraft very quickly and without hesitation circle the Åland Islands and begin their downward travels from the mouth of the Gulf of Bothnia, the marine border between northern Sweden and Finland, to the airspace governing Gotland which is currently held under the British.

Crew of the Gulfstream IV SIGNIT begin request authorisation from the Swedish Ministry of Defence to begin intelligence gathering post-entry of the Gotland airspace under the guise of Coast Guard operations.

Following the significant temperature drop in Sweden and the reorganisation of the Swedish Air Force and Swedish Royal Navy, the Ministry of Defence orders the immediate dissolution of Operation Utgivare. All aircraft and vessels have been returned to their respective positions pending further instruction. Documentation, correspondence and other hardcopy and electronic material is stores securely within the Minister of Defence pending potential revisit. No information is publicly released.
