Hope you are doing well. My name is Joseph Wu, I am the foreign secretary of Taiwan. After I have heard that Malaysian Embassy will be establish in Taipei, it was a great news to hear. Republic of Taiwan would like to establish its embassy to Kuala Lampur. I would like to start bilateral relationship with Malaysia. Because we see Malaysia is the next Asian Tiger. I would like to discuss our relationship to make it more productive. On behalf of the government of the Taiwan I am writing this letter too you to establish the first official communication between our two nations. Let me know when is the best time to contact with you. Either phone call or video call would be great to discuss about potential trade and other topics between our nations.
