Taiwanese Foreign Minister, Mr. Joseph Wu would casually asks to Nigerian Vice President Adetokunbo Kayode, "When do you like to start the project, so that we can build Future Nigeria 2020-2030. We would like to build Nuclear Power Plant and Solar Energy Plant. After that we would like to build hospitals with full of Taiwanese Technology. We can build Nigeria Military Aviation Industry. What do you think? We will start as you will commence the project."

"I have an solid idea about building 2 more nuclear plant at Abuja and Lagos. Abuja Nuclear Plant will cost $500 million and Lagos Nuclear Plant will cost $500 million. Abuja Nuclear Plant will provide 2700 MW of energy and Lagos Nuclear Plant will provide 2400 MW of Energy. This will provide more energy across the Nigeria and commerce will boost. Apart from nuclear energy plant, we will willing to sell more equipment to Nigerian Armed Forces and Taipei Defense Inc is always at your service."
