To the Leader of the Korean Empire,

I am Thaksin Shinawatra, Prime Minister of the Republic of Thailand. I am writing this email to you in the hope of reopening a line of communication and reestablishing the alliance between our two great nations. Our previous government of Chuan Leekpai and your previous administration have worked together closely with Vietnam. We three all hold the ambition to bring the Asian era together without any influence from Western. Unfortunately, many events happened. We are now the only active country with the initiative on the World stage. We have grown to become one of the most powerful countries in Asia if we don't count Turkey. We cooperate with many countries worldwide, making us the third in international trading. Our economy had grown over 29% last year, and just a month into this year, it became 9%. We are now planning to construct the largest Research Center ever that covers an area of 5 square kilometers with the capacity of 160,000 employees and has any facilities for any research. My government and the people still want to have a mutual relationship. I hope Korean is still feeling the same. Korea used to be one of our first allies in the world state, but due to our previous intervention in South Africa and Sweden war, your previous administration wasn't Sweden's best fan.

I, the prime minister of the Republic of Thailand, want to have an office a state visit to Korea with my wife and the king and queen of Thailand. I want to let the world know that we are still a good partner after everything has happened, and perhaps, we can work in the ASEAN Plus again. I will have various documents with tens of pages for you to consider. Please, if you agree, let me know the most convenient time for your country. I will be waiting for your reply.

Thank you for reaching out to me, first of all I can promise that the new administration will bring with it a reset in diplomatic attitudes towards the world, be they positive or negative. As such, regardless of how past relationships between our nations may have ended, I can promise you they will have no effect on how things move on from here, as far as the Korean position is concerned.

On that note, and considering our long history of foreign interventions, the goal of a strong and independent Asia is one the Korean Empire shares and that alone is enough reason for me to see if we can find common ground between our states. As such I do hereby extend a formal invitation for you, your wife and the Royal couple to meet with myself in Seoul so these matters can be discussed.

I thank you for your direct correspondence. I have informed the government, family, and the royal regarding your invitation. We are gleeful that we have an opportunity to improve the relationship with your administration. My wife, the royal, and I will depart to Seoul in two days and arrive at noon. We will use the Airbus A320-200 from the Thai airway for the state visit, and the airplane will land at the Gimpo International Airport. We will send your administration 8 hours' notice in advance before we will takeoff.

As two days had passed, the Thai government would notify the Korean administration regarding the state visiting in the next eight hours by asking for permission to enter airspace and landing in the Gimpo International Airport. Thaksin, his wife, king, and queen had well-prepared themselves for their first visit in a group. They woke up in the early morning to get dressed and check the baggage that they had prepared last night. Thaksin and his wife left their house at five in the morning to the government house to make an official trip to Don Mueang Airport. King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit left the Grand Palace at five and a half hours, and many people gathered in front of the palace entrance to watch them while the reporter used their camera to capture the moment. Both couples arrived at the Don Mueang Airport at six in the morning, and thousands of people were waiting. Thaksin and his wife were the first to arrive, followed by the royal five minutes later. They both got a warm and cheerful welcome from the people. Hundred of security staff and thirty NIA officers were there to safeguard them. Four hundred soldiers from the 1st Infantry Regiment stand around the airport with combat equipment and suit. Thaksin, his wife, and the royal couple would walk out from the airport terminal while talking to each other in intimate. They followed the red carpet leading them to an Airbus A320-200 where soldiers and government officials lined up along the sides. A cameraman was walking backward from them until they reached the airplane. They waved their hand back to the crowd when they entered the plane. There were 20 government staff, 5 armed security officers, and 3 NIA operation reporters following them on this trip. The media would broadcast everything from the start. The flight departure at 6:30 am. It will take five and a half hours before arrive at Gimpo International Airport.

They are now at the airplane where almost thirty people are with them. They are in the VIP room, where they talk to each other. Thaksin asks Bhumibol about his thought on the new Korean regime. "Korea is now a country ruled by an empress. I think she is both courageous and humble at the same time. Thought?" Bhumibol turns his face from the window and thinks out a second before answering. "I believe that because she is young, she is determined to take her country forward." He chuckles before continuing. "She is not like the rest of us who are getting older yet still aspire to be leaders." The women laugh. They keep chilling for a while before a government official comes inside. "Excuse me. We are now entering Korea's airspace. We will arrive at the airport soon." Then they prepare themselves to get off the plane. They watch the view from the window and admire Seoul kilometers away. When the pilot lands on the airplane, they will wait for the staircase before going down as couples with a joyful attitude.

Upon their approach into Korean airspace the pilots of the A320 would be informed that they were to land at Seoul Air Base. While Gimpo and Incheon usually provided international service, out of both security concerns and the logistics of having diplomatic arrivals at high traffic airports meant that the equally equipped but much more secure Air Force facility would be used for almost all visits by heads of state or government and other senior delegates. The fact that helicopters were ready at the base to take them straight to the palace grounds also definitely helped. After being guided to the appropriate runway and successfully landing a staircase would be moved to the plane to allow the passengers to descend. Already through the windows and certainly upon leaving the plane they would be able to see a large honour guard from the Imperial Guard assembled carrying both Korean and Thai flags while the Imperial Korean Army Band played the Thai anthem.

At the end of the red carpet and the Honour Guard, the Empress would personally await her new guests. Backed by her own aides and relevant delegations from the various Ministries there definitely would be a large number of people assembled there today. Only two or three hundred metres away the helicopters already awaited to take them from the Air Base to the palace. The Thai would get more than enough opportunities to explore the city the scenic way, but with Seoul traffic at this hour the route by air had seemed better for now.

The Thai pilot would receive the notification regarding rerouting to land at the Seoul Air Base and send a message back that they had acknowledged. The captain picked up the microphone near the control panel, cleared his throat, and spoke up an announcement. "This is the captain. We only recently received instructions from Korea to change our destination. We will touch down at the Seoul Air Base in half an hour. Please get yourself ready." The pilot would turn their plane Southeast heading toward the Seoul Air Base. The passenger would prepare themselves to experience the capital of Korea. The captain would communicate with the air traffic controller for clearance when approaching the airfield. "Airbus A320-200 cleared to land runway two-zero." The pilot would also announce through his microphone to get ready. The passenger on board would see the Korean imperial guard waiting to perform the ceremony for them. King Bhumibol and Thaksin watch from the window while the airplane marshaller guides the pilot. "Thaksin, their outfit is so reminiscent of the monarch's presence here," Thaksin responds in a josh manner. "I am pretty sure that those are cheaper than your traditional guard suit." He chuckles. Then, a staff walks into the room. "Excuse me. I suggest we should agree on which couple should make an appearance first. As we all know, the Korean regime is on the other side of ours. I suggest having -his majesty exit the airplane first to show that we are no different." Thaksin takes a second on his mind even though he knows what to do. "Yes, I agree with that idea." Bhumibol smiles and gets up before walking to Thaksin and making a joke about his position. "So, I believe you must commit to addressing me as His Majesty King Bhumibol this time." He then walks out of the room with his wife, followed by Thaksin and the others.

They are now standing in front of the gate, waiting to make an appearance. After a minute, Bhumibol and his wife exit the plane. They show by being joyful and waving their hand. The hospitality performed by the Koreans has pleased them and everyone else on this trip. Thaksin and his first wife appear, following the royal walk down the stairwell. They are ecstatic to have decided to formally establish diplomatic relations with Korea by visiting the country, even though everything is still in the early stages. They go down the red carpet to the sound of the Thai national song. The other staff gets off the airplane when the couples have reached the end and coordinate with the others. If no translation is available, the Thai translator follows the Thai leader. King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit are the first to greet Empress Yu-Mi by exchanging a handshake and spending all of their skill to address their name in fluent Korean. Thaksin and his wife(Potjaman) bow slightly before offering a handshake. The conversation from Thai would continue with the translator. "It's my honor to meet you, your majesty empress, Yu-Mi. I am Thaksin Shinawatra, Prime Minister and the person that emailed you. This woman is my wife, Potjaman." She greets the same way as his husband. "It's my honor, your majesty." They wait for the empress to respond before speaking to other delegations. They then follow the Korean staff to the palace by helicopter. Thaksin would talk to the empress about how their beautiful country could cooperate, while Bhumibol admired Seoul.

As the Korean government has been halted for a few weeks now, all the Thai prime minister, his wife, and the royal couple would fly back to Bangkok with the same plane leaving only the delegate there to continue the work.
