Ambassador (Mr.) Pornpop Uampidhaya would prepare for the meeting on Thursday afternoon. He would wear a business suit covered by a brown coat with Foreign Affairs emblem and his name. He would go to New Zealand Foreign Affairs Building to meet with Don McKinnon. He also brings a briefcase to contain documents and other stuff. When he arrives, he walks inside the building and finds the receptionist. He then asks for the meeting appointment place with the Foreign Minister and goes to meet Don McKinnon.

At the Foreign Affairs Office in Wellington, McKinnon would instruct his staff members to brew a pot of tea and begin preparing a decent assortment of cakes and biscuits to be accompanied by a fine roast. dressed in a black suit and a green striped tie, McKinnon descended a flight of stairs towards the reciptionists desk where he extend his greeting towards the Thai gentleman before him. "Dr. Thepruangchai, I presume...might I ask that you follow me towards my office, I've been looking forward to our discussion."

Ambassador Pornpop chuckles when he hears McKinnon presume him as his first secretary. "I am sorry if there is any misunderstanding. I am Pornpop Uampidhaya, Thail ambassador to New Zealand. The person who emails you is the first secretary of our embassy. Anyways, let's go to your office." He smiles and offers McKinnon a handshake. They would walk to McKinnon's office together, and the ambassador would chat to him during their journey. When they arrive, the ambassador will let McKinnon get inside first since it is Thai culture by paying respect. The ambassador would find a seat to sit before discussing with McKinnon. "Okay, so my point here today is to discuss a tourism agreement with you. New Zealand is a wonderful place to travel and one of the top destinations of our people. Te Papa, Queen town, Auckland, they are all great places for travel! I want to know how much you are willing to cooperate with us."
