This morning, the Soviet of People's Representatives in light of the government's decision to grant concessions to the conservative mobs, voted in favour of dissolving itself in accordance with the imperative mandate derived from the people.
However shortly before dissolving itself, the following consecessions were approved and implemented at the request of the Belgian people:
- Free and Fair Elections to the Soviet
- The Legalization of Moderate Conservatve Organisations & Parties
- The Resignation of General Secretary of the CWPB: Pierre Camus, Head of State: Joseph Reidermaan, Head of Government: Willem De Boer, and
Minister of Public Safety: Arno Maes
- The Right to Freely Assemble in Public in an orderly and peaceful manner
- The Granting of Permission for the Monarchs to Remain in Belgium with access to at least two properties
