Things had been hit and miss for the newly rebranded Alpine Racing team who had managed to secure points on the board in both the Drivers Championship and the Constructors Championship, it wasn't the night that Alpine Racing management team had hoped for with Kristian Lofthus crashing out of the race on the 8th lap as he took his car wide and into the gravel. Things looked up for Ayla Ågren as she clinched a personal best 5th place which has put the team in good spirits as they made the trip back across the Atlantic Ocean with preparations set to begin for the United States Grand Prix in Texas.

Back in Oslo, it was the chance for the team to begin their strategy for the United States Grand Prix which was just a matter of weeks away whilst team mechanics had taken both cars into the garage for a bit of needed TLC on the vehicles to get them back into racing shape, it was also the chance to do some much needed upgrades on the vehicle with upgrades occurring in breaking and manoeuvrability, once upgrades had been completed on both vehicles, they would be taken to the test track where both drivers would get used to the newly upgraded vehicles in preparation for the United States Grand Prix.

With Eyal Ofer taking over the Alpine Racing outfit and relocating the team to Tel Aviv, all eyes were set on the restructuring of the team with young businessman and former racer Chanoch Nissany being appointed as Team Principal until the end of the season. The Grand Prix of New Zealand was around the corner and the team had been working hard with testing and upgrading certain parts of the cars which was sporting a new livery to represent the takeover.

Kristian Lofthus was still in the running to win the Drivers Championship and Alpine Racing were in the push for the Constructors Championship with the team focussing on the goals set out by the new management team. The team would head off to New Zealand days before to settle in, practice on the circuit and complete media duties.

All was looking good for Alpine Racing.
