If I open a company in the commerce page, and set up trade routes between two other nations as a third party, can I set it up so like 5% of the trade revenue from that trade route is directed into Nigeria's account?

Hello JJSmith,

Yes, there is nothing preventing this from happening as long as it's done via the in-game 'Transfer' system. Money from trade is done by other players, so you would need to negotiate that with them in-character.
