Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience, but I wish to make an enquiry regarding the training of armed forces personnel. To provide some context, my generic armed forces thread, linked below explains that all members of my armed forces are trained as generic infantrymen by default. As such, a sailor or pilot, if necessary, could be drafted into service as a bog-standard rifleman, if things get dire.

The question I wish to ask is what do I write into the "Primary Specialised Skill" section of the Personnel Recruitment form? Am I required to have all of my forces first train in Basic Infantry Skills for 26 weeks, as stated in the training standards I laid down, followed by adding the extra skills I need to, for example, pilots and sailors via exercises? Is it possible to train a soldier for a total of 35 weeks in the personnel recruitment form and have them possess the stated Basic Infantry Skills and the Naval Specialisation of a sailor too? If that's the case, what should I put in the "specialisation" if I'm just creating standard infantry/grunts?
Apologies for the mountain of questions,
