Turkish Airlines, the national airline of the Republic of Turkey, will start operating direct flights to four of Australia's main airports starting in April the company has announced. The new route will operate to a fixed timetable which has been published by the airline. - Istanbul Airport (IST) to Perth Airport (PER) - Boeing 777-300ER - Istanbul Airport (IST) to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL) - Boeing 787-9 - Istanbul Airport (IST) to Brisbane Airport (BNE) Boeing 787-9 - Istanbul Airport (IST) to Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport (SYD) - Airbus A350-900 "We are pleased to announce our partnership with airports in Australia in order to bring these new routes for our customers to connect at Istanbul Airport and travel to Australia on Turkish Airlines.
