你好. I’m writing to you today on the Behalf of the President, Mesut Yılmaz to invite your government to a high profile intergovernmental International conference in the beautiful city of Istanbul, Turkey. The goal of this meeting is to establish an international military alliance of non-aligned states who wish to support the sovereignty of their people and stop the influence and pressure of the United States and European Powers that act in the best interests of themselves and money. Any government staff will have an invitation and the nicest accommodations available will be made for your government to ensure comfort throughout the duration of the high stakes meeting. The president himself will be attending the conference to establish the alliance and we will have several other heads of state expected to attend as well to discuss top secret military, economic, and political affairs.
If your government chooses to attend we will have security as our paramount concern to ensure the safety of all staff brought into Turkey and unlike other western diplomatic summits we will allow fully armed security details to accompany your delegation to the meeting alongside our own security personnel that will consist of hundreds of Turkish Armed forces Personell across Istanbul, Thousands of Turkish Police, and SADT Defense Corporation operatives trained in anti terrorism tactics. Transportation to the meeting can be provided by the Turkish Air force via A340 or A330 if your respective government does not have an aircraft capable of a direct flight to Istanbul. We also have a KC-130 on standby that can refuel your government aircraft mid flight if you choose to fly your own government aircraft that may not have the range to complete a direct flight.
If your respective government is interested in attending please make a simple reply and inform us of any questions or concerns so that we can best accommodate your government. I look forward to your reply Minister Jiayi.

Details:
The location of the meeting will be Istanbul Çağlayan Justice Palace, with accomidations for all of your diplomatic staff. The Meeting will be (TBD) in total and your Diplomatic staff will be accommodated in the waterside, 5 star Ciragan Palace Kempinski Hotel as well as the 5 star Shangri-La Bosphorus Hotel. These will be heavily guarded and your own armored escort will be provided for all staff unless your respective nations bring their own vehicles. IATA Airport will be heavily guarded by the Turkish Army and Air Force Security for your Aircraft and 3 F-16A/B Multi Role Fighter jets will be stationed at the airport in order to provide aerial cover during landing and Takeoff.

We are glad to hear Turkeys willingness to approach our great nation with open arms and open hearts, we will be accepting your governments invitation to this conference held at the beautiful city of Istanbul. We will be providing our own transportation, we will be using an Airbus A330-300 model straight out of our civilian air-fleet, our codename will be "Red Dragon" to easily identify the plane. We expect a total of 10 of our people to attend this includes 1 government representative, 4 staff members, and 5 fully armed bodyguards, we will be relying on your utmost care during this event. Lastly, we will also be providing our own ground vehicles for our people, which most likely be 2 bulletproofed BMW 7's, and we will also be relying on your escorts. Minister Laing Jiayi,

Thank you for accepting our invitation Minister, we have alerted the IATA ATC and Air Force command of your aircraft designation and the visiting delegation members. Security Command has requested how the Armored BMW 7 vehicles will be transported to Istanbul, this is just for security reasons and to make sure the Chinese Government has the means to transport everything it needs to for the trip. If your government cannot transport the necessary protection vehicles the Air Force can free of charge send either a C-5 or C-130 Transport to pick up the cars a day before the official trip. Please be aware that an itinerary will be shared securely and directly to your government and the other visiting nations in the coming days so you can better prepare yourselves and arrange domestic plans around the conference. Dear Mr. Vice President, Devlet Bahçeli

We will be using our own military plane for transport regarding those 2 armoured vehicles, the aircraft model will be a Shaanxi Y-8 military plane, and this cargo aircraft will be arriving in Istanbul first before the VIP, we will be relying on your care for our 2 planes to travel within turkish airspace and land safely in your airport. The designation for the this aircraft that will be arriving first, a military cargo plane, carrying the armoured vehicles will be called "Redguard-2" to be easily identified, the name of the second plane will be "Redguard-1" but since that particular aircraft will be carrying the VIP, its name will be changed to "Red Dragon", this also applies to whatever vehicles the VIP will be on, in addition to that, I myself and some of my trusted staff will be attending this gathering, if all goes well, we will be appointing an ambassador to Turkey soon after the event. Lastly, be advised our security detail will be fully armed with automatic weapons instead of the usual simple pistol equipment. our itinerary will be heading straight to the to the wonderful Shangri-La Bosphorus Hotel to settle in our people, after that we will be waiting at the hotel for any further announcements on your part.
