Dear Minister Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasabi,
Greetings Minister, I am Yalım Erez from the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey. I am pleased to establish relations between our two nations and as brothers in Sunni Islam I feel that our countries can establish a long lasting economic and cultural relationship. I have heard you like to get straight to the point Minister so I will borrow no more time than I must. The reason I am messaging you today is to formally establish a trade connection between our two nations. This Trade Deal will be shown below.
1. Tarrifs will be removed from any products imported and exported between our two nations, this will allow for easy trade between our counties so That we can increase goods provided.
2. The Republic of Turkey will Send a variety of items including Vehicles and Electronics to Saudi Arabia and after cargo is unloaded, they can then carry Saudi Made Aluminum back to Turkey on these same Turkish Flagged vessels. Additionally Saudi Arabia will import weekly shipments of Oil to Turkey primarily via sea Vessels until other forms of transport can be initiated.
3. All Vessels will Depart from the Ports of Istanbul and Izmir and trade would come in and out of Jeddah.
Additionally a major infrastructure project is to commence soon to expand a Middle Eastern Network of High Speed rail and quick cargo transport. We would like to ask if the Saudi Arabian Government would be interested in partaking in the project so that the Middle East can become more connected. The total cost is likely to be in the Billions as the most ambitious project attempted by Turkey yet. The rail line will begin in Jeddah and proceed to a major hub in Mecca. This hub would allow much cheaper travel to the holy city and could increase tourism and religious pilgrimage by massive amounts. The Line would then split from Mecca and Proceed to Riyadh and the other line to Medina. The Riyadh line would then proceed to Dammam while an addition line would head back and forth to Abu Dhabi and end there. The Riyadh line would then head to Kuwait City, afterwards connecting to Baghdad where the other line which will stop in Amman, Jordon before reconnecting to to Baghdad. The line would then proceed north to Turkey and would stop in a number of Turkish Cities. It is planned that a later project could commence to connect the Arab High Speed Cargo and Passenger line with A high speed line in Europe, making it possible to pass from Western Europe all the way to Mecca. We hope you consider this project as it could increase the development of the Middle Eastern Economies massively and could create a new interconnected Middle Eastern World. Other Middle Eastern Nations could have a line built but would have to play a major fee in order for the line to pass through their territory. Future expansion could also include North Africa with your approval. I hope that you consider this deal, Below is a map depicting the planned line and cargo routes.
