Dear Minister Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasabi,

Greetings Minister, I am Yalım Erez from the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey. I am pleased to establish relations between our two nations and as brothers in Sunni Islam I feel that our countries can establish a long lasting economic and cultural relationship. I have heard you like to get straight to the point Minister so I will borrow no more time than I must. The reason I am messaging you today is to formally establish a trade connection between our two nations. This Trade Deal will be shown below.

1. Tarrifs will be removed from any products imported and exported between our two nations, this will allow for easy trade between our counties so That we can increase goods provided.
2. The Republic of Turkey will Send a variety of items including Vehicles and Electronics to Saudi Arabia and after cargo is unloaded, they can then carry Saudi Made Aluminum back to Turkey on these same Turkish Flagged vessels. Additionally Saudi Arabia will import weekly shipments of Oil to Turkey primarily via sea Vessels until other forms of transport can be initiated.
3. All Vessels will Depart from the Ports of Istanbul and Izmir and trade would come in and out of Jeddah.

Additionally a major infrastructure project is to commence soon to expand a Middle Eastern Network of High Speed rail and quick cargo transport. We would like to ask if the Saudi Arabian Government would be interested in partaking in the project so that the Middle East can become more connected. The total cost is likely to be in the Billions as the most ambitious project attempted by Turkey yet. The rail line will begin in Jeddah and proceed to a major hub in Mecca. This hub would allow much cheaper travel to the holy city and could increase tourism and religious pilgrimage by massive amounts. The Line would then split from Mecca and Proceed to Riyadh and the other line to Medina. The Riyadh line would then proceed to Dammam while an addition line would head back and forth to Abu Dhabi and end there. The Riyadh line would then head to Kuwait City, afterwards connecting to Baghdad where the other line which will stop in Amman, Jordon before reconnecting to to Baghdad. The line would then proceed north to Turkey and would stop in a number of Turkish Cities. It is planned that a later project could commence to connect the Arab High Speed Cargo and Passenger line with A high speed line in Europe, making it possible to pass from Western Europe all the way to Mecca. We hope you consider this project as it could increase the development of the Middle Eastern Economies massively and could create a new interconnected Middle Eastern World. Other Middle Eastern Nations could have a line built but would have to play a major fee in order for the line to pass through their territory. Future expansion could also include North Africa with your approval. I hope that you consider this deal, Below is a map depicting the planned line and cargo routes.

Dear Minister Yalım Erez,

Thank youشكرا for this excellent proposal and message. It is an honor to be able to work with a fellow believer in Allah and to communicate to one who is so close to our homeland for once. I deeply appreciate all that you have sincerely offered above and I have already notified the highest levels of the Kingdom of this generous plan. First, The High Speed Line will be completely accepted as long as the Hub remains Mecca. All cities proposed are approved though we cannot approve any expansion Into Iran if that is art of a potential expansion plan due to ongoing hostile relations. We are ready to pledge at least $3,000,000,000 to the project and would like to see an expansion into both North Africa but particularly Europe. Sunni all over the world should be connected and a expansion into the Balkans and Eastern Europe I feel should be a major priority. I will be able to start construction of the Arab Peninsula portion as soon as you approve and you may start your portion. The Ministry of Transport would like to inquire as to what high speed rail will be used. I would prefer a Asian made rail over European if possible.
Regarding the Trade deal, All proposals are accepted and Trade of Vehicles and Electronics can start as soon as you feel it is necessary. Three Vessels with your goods may begin shipment now and Saudi Aluminum and Plastics can begin shipment. The plastics of course can be excluded and only Aluminum products exported but I feel as though a variety of different goods is necessary. Oil shipments within a month while we are organizing our oil and gas vessels. Crude oil as well as Natural Gas will Be shipped using your mentioned routes above. Two Tankers-and one Gas carrier can facilitate this trade. It is a pleasure to do business with you and I hope we can begin the described plans soon.

Sincerely,

Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasabi

Dear Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasabi,

Thank you for your acceptance of the deals proposed by the Turkish Republic, we truly did not expect for the immediate acceptance of all deals on the conditions we made. We have already set up Vessels to start shipment of products to Saudi Arabia and for the import of products from Saudi Arabia. I assume as well that oil shipments will start shortly to great benefit of Turkey and Saudi Arabia. If you have an6 additional questions please do contact me. From what I currently have, Two vessels are submitted to begin shipment and a additional vessel can be prepared to also begin shipment of Vehicle Parts and/or Electronics. We currently only need two vessels to begin shipment of Mineral Oils but this can be increased if necessary. The second portion of this message will be regarding the Middle Eastern High Speed Rail line proposed in our previous message, Minister of Transport Denizolgun will write the latter portion of this message.

Good Day Minister and Pleasure to email you today. I would like to get to the point and get started with the MEHSRL and give you more details into the project. First of all, we are Already contacting Iraq, Jordon, and Kuwait to inform them of our plan for the line. Complete support was given if the Republic of Turkey and Saudi Arabia agree to fund the project and as mentioned in your previous message , you already were ready to begin funding. We will begin construction within a month’s time additionally and the project will be run by Turkish State industries on our side leading to Saudi Arabia. We also plan to contract a number of foreign companies for various portions. One of the first Foreign contracts will be for the actual high speed trains, this will be announced shortly and a major payout will be offered to the winner of the contract. After the actual trains are bought and in the proccess of production the rail will begin. The huge amount of new infrastructure will be required as many areas that the rail will be passing through will be largely desolate and have little useable previous infrastructure. The current estimated cost for the building of Tunnels, Bridges, and new track for all lines will be at least 3-4 Billion. New hubs and major cargo stations will be an additional 2 Billion as the current plan is to have direct access from ports to rail and the same for Passenger Rail and aircraft terminals. Finally there will be a major cost to create maintenance and security posts throughout the rail line to prevent damage or sabotage due to the unstable conditions of the track placement And this could be at least 500 Million. Turkey is ready to commit 5 Billion to the project and with the current offer of 3 Billion from the Saudi Government this could be possible. The expansion into Europe and Central Asia at a later date could raise prices but this is likely a year or more away. The total time to construct everything could be around one year. This very low time frame to complete the project will be set and workers will be paid to work day and night to finish this. We will contract outside companies to hire workers and possibly enlist the help of Lone star construction inc or another high reputation company. Cargo will be extensive on the rail and development is underway to create a way to accommodate high speed cargo rail cars. Additional information will be announced to the public shortly and contracts will be given out as soon as possible. Please contact us whenever you wish for additional information and to validate that this data is acceptable to you.
