Turkish Admission to The Global Assembly

Sorry to bother you, but I wish to have Turkey join The Global Assembly. Now that my proper government, The Ottomans, are in power, I'm in a position to properly join.

I have checked with Hollie and have given you membership within the GA.
Turkey has had to paid a payment of 2million to cover the membership costs.
