Turkish Defense Auctions International
Turkey is now permitting the resale of defense equipment starting in the year 1999. This has been ordered by the current government administration to organize the armed forces, modernize, and alleviate the current debt situation. Please read the Terms and conditions for additional information. Bids for defense equipment will start at the product’s base price(Catalog price) and the final buyer will be determined after the highest bid is Unchallenged.1. After Purchasing any product from Turkish Defense Auctions, customers may not at any time resell equipment or sell technical specifications without written consent of the Turkish government/TDAI.
2. Turkey is not liable for the use of weaponry bought here, and is not responsible for the actions of buyers using weaponry sold on TDAI.
3. The Buyer must transfer funds accordingly to the Republic of Turkey before the product will be shipped to the buyer. Incorrect transfers will be declined and the buyer will be notified and asked to repeat the purchase. If the transfer fails after 3 attempts the purchase will become void and the buyer will be notified and can resubmit their purchase accordingly.
4. Turkish Defense sales has the right to cancel any purchase if the buyer declares war on the Republic of Turkey or commits an act of aggression against the Republic of Turkey.
5. Refunds Are available if the seller is notified within 5 days after the completion and shipment of the product. The customer will have to pay a $80,000,000 fee for any refund within this period.
6. The following states are not allowed to purchase from Turkish Defense Exports and will have all orders immediately blocked: Israel, Sweden, United States of America. Additionally purchases will not be accepted from illegal or illegitimate states not recognized by Turkey. This does not include private defense contractors which abide by International law.
7. Some equipment sold here has been purchased from foreign government(s) that are now defunct or have authorized the re-sale of equipment, TDAI is not responsible for equipment that is sold before a change in policy by the original product producer.
