Your Majesty! Let me start by saying that it is an honor to address this letter to you and I hope that it finds both you and the Malagasy people well. As a fellow Monarchy, the United Arab Emirates is a staunch supporter of fellow Monarchies and the Kingdom of Madagascar can count on the support of the UAE as you look to develop your Kingdom and better the lives of the Malagasy people. Know that you and the Kingdom of Madagascar have the complete support of the United Arab Emirates in regards to your successful coup, which deposed the hated and corrupt republic which formerly ruled over Madagascar.

With that being said, how is the current situation within the Kingdom? In terms of security/political stability, economic growth, and social development. We feel that East Africa is an extremely important region for the continued economic growth and geo-strategic expansion of the United Arab Emirates and the UAE would like to increase our cooperation with the Kingdom of Madagascar and work to build a lasting mutually beneficial partnership between our two nations.

In order to speed the development of this relationship between our two nations, I would like to meet with you at your earliest convenience, either in Madagascar, or within the UAE. It is my hope that we can establish deeper mutually beneficial commercial, diplomatic, economic, industrial, military, and social linkages between our two nations once we are able to officially meet with one another. Please let me know when and where you're able to do so and I'll meet with you straight away.

What a coincidence! My brother the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, is planning to leave on an official state visit to the PRC soon as well. Perhaps a short meeting between the two of you could be arranged by your mutual Chinese hosts, should both of your official visits to the PRC end around the same time?

All the same, I think it's important that an official Emirati-Malagasy state visit occur ASAP, so an Emirati delegation would be honored to travel to the royal palace in Antananarivo in order to meet with Prince Haja. At present I'm hosting a Taiwanese delegation on an official state visit to the UAE here in Abu Dhabi, however I would be more than happy to send an official Emirati delegation to Antananarivo, which would be headed by my brother, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed bin Sultan bin Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, along with several other eminent government ministers, government officials, and Emirati businessmen. Is this agreeable? If so I'll dispatch the Emirati delegation to Antananarivo at once.
