The United States Navy is currently planning an operation around the Iberian Peninsula. This is a Top Secret operation, so your government's discretion is greatly appreciated. The Pentagon is requesting that two United States Arleigh Burke-class destroyers be given permission to refuel at Gibraltar. The mission of the destroyers is to promote stability in the region and ensure that there is a visible American presence while global tensions in Europe have risen over the past month. I trust that you will be able to deliver an answer to me soon, as time is of the essence. Your promptness is greatly appreciated.​
