The Diplomatic Security Service and the U.S. Marshals Service would offer the Turkish Embassy any assistance it needed in bringing to and from the airport to have them leave the United States. During this intervening time, the FBI, DSS, and D.C. Police would maintain an active presence outside of the Embassy to protect it and ensure that no one in the embassy attempted to go anywhere other than to the airport. Patrol vehicles would be on the standby to escort any vehicle that left the embassy.

Secretary of State Jackson Fitzgerald,

Good Evening and thank you for your Message Mr. Fitzgerald, we have already begun the process of recalling our diplomats to Turkey via government aircraft. It is unfortunate that the United States has not chosen the path of Diplomacy and prosperity for all. An Example of this is when your government did not reply to our requests for correspondence that were ignored months ago which could of ensured events such as these would not happen and American and Turkish Ties could still be friendly and agreeable. America’s actions bring with it the influence of a major portion of the international community and this will lead to an unnecessary and unacceptable to the responses by foreign powers so we must respond equally and just as harsh. As of Midnight Tonight, Turkey is hereby declaring any remaining American Citizens or American Decendents with Turkish Citizenship that are still residing in the Republic of Turkey illegal and these citizens will be detained and prosecuted for illegally residing within Turkey. The estimated 1,200 Americans are unfortunately paying for their government’s rash and inappropriate actions and will be released when the United States declares that it will stop any and all intervention into the Middle East and allow Turkey to Conduct it’s affairs how it wants to and to the benefit of it’s people. I hope you understand and wish you the best.

Regards,
Zeki Eker
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey

Meanwhile a government A340PA2 would arrive in Washington D.C. After getting American approval and pick up essential staff for a flight back to Turkey. It would return within 20 hours to pick up non-essential staff who were destroying sensitive documents.
Meanwhile Americans registered as Turkish citizens would be detained and put in local prisons and Jails though accommodations would be much better than those of the Jews or Kurds.
