Julie Trinh, a Diplomatic Services officer working for the Vietnamese Mission to the General Assembly, would secretly request a meeting with the Brazilian Ambassador to the GA in order to hand over a sensitive General Intelligence Directorate document about French defenses and ISAF military capabilities given the upcoming invasion of mainland France.
