Greetings,

I would like to open and establish relations between Spain and Vietnam and to do so I would like to establish a trade route between our two countries. For exports we can provide Electrical machinery, Footwear, Computers, Textiles, and Furniture at this time. I would like to hear back from you about what you could provide in such a trade. I also at this time would like to make it known that our military has started a equipment acquirement program for the creation of a Naval infantry and Airborne Division.

Aside from that should the need arise Vietnam can provide aid as the winter in Europe by all reports is the harshest it has been in years.
