A NEW DAWN FOR CANADA

0616-NHL-STANLEY-CUP-vancouver-riots.jpg

"Internal chaos" became the nation's number one hashtag all over social media, As of this moment, rioters and police officers roam the streets in Canada, a once peaceful and great nation that was envied by many has now become a battleground, The country is literally fighting for her soul. People are refusing to give up on the nation's core ideals and long-held beliefs, which are diversity, inclusivity, and many other Canadian values but the most important thing that is being fought right now is what we call tolerance, the Canadian people are longing for change, longing for a system of government called democracy. The Strasserists, a totalitarian government which destroyed the country from the inside, ruled the country with an iron fist, this powerful regime made numerous promises to Canadian voters in the past but never kept them ever since they took power, this made Canada the opposite of what it should be, a beacon of light and hope to the rest of the world. The country is in its worst shape right now, people are divided, cities are in chaos, the economy is struggling to cope with the current crisis and racism is rampant among the ignorant, a person from the outside world may say that there is little hope for a better future for the once proud nation of Canada, well that is about to change.

Two weeks ago, capitalizing on the country's current situation, remnants of the previous government before the Strasserists came to power suddenly emerged all over the country, powerful and influential people who were exiled and those who are self-exiled outside the country are slowly coming back in droves to form a new strong democratic government in opposition to the weakened Strasserist regime, all we know is that they have not forgotten about the people they left behind, what we are certain of is that this new upcoming political party already has incredible support from more than half of the military, the public service and most importantly, the people, according to STATCAN, Canada's national statistical agency which was also abolished by the regime, confirmed days ago that at least 86 percent of Canada's civilian population is in support of a new form of government. So in light of this, the opposition party should have no problem gaining the people's support, on how they will do all of this is not mentioned so far, no one really knows if the opposition party would use Canada's 1867 and 1982 Constitution Acts and battle it legally or to forcibly retake the country which may be easier through a people power movement.

The kind of government is yet to be determined but former experts say there's a high chance it would be a constitutional monarchy the twist is that the monarch would be Canadian instead of British, this also confirms the rumors last month that if a new government should form out of the ashes of the weakening administration the country would eventually want a Canadian monarch as a ruler which means that the nation is on a clear path to breaking ties with the British monarchy, if the latter happens this will also be the first time Canadians will be pledging allegiance to a Canadian King or Queen, but one thing is for certain, change is coming. Going forward, it is a time for all Canadian citizens to raise their heads up high, despite everything else this country is forced to endure. This has to be the worst time for the Strasserist government, barely holding on to a country that solely holds them responsible for destroying everything they believed in, people are frustrated, tired, angry, and they want to be free again. With a divided military and police this may be indeed a time of reckoning for the regime, all eyes are upon them, but for the rest of us, whatever actions we make today and tomorrow will shape who we really are as individuals and as a nation, this is a time for us to get out of our homes, proudly wave our glorious flag, sing our national anthem and together we say "Ut incepit fidelis sic permanet" which translates to "Loyal she began, loyal she remains." for we are loyal not to tyrants but to our beloved, hallowed land called Canada.

LONG LIVE OUR SACRED LAND!
LONG LIVE SACRED CANADA!

Protesters inside the capital, Ottawa

12/1997

Last weeks riots all over the country were intense, burned cars, broken glass bottles all over the street, cities, and towns were filled with protesters, rioters, and police officers but last morning we saw something different, inside the capital, Ottawa, there weren't angry rioters or police officers forming some kind of battle line like what we see in medieval movies, instead, we saw something very heartwarming, people were walking hand-in-hand, raising their cut out cardboards with hopeful messages, as if they were just simply protesting on a normal day. And that is what we need right now, hope that someday all that hatred goes away, hope that one day the rage inside us could somehow be replaced with feelings of kindness, love, and most especially, forgiveness, because to forgive the mistakes of our brethren is undeniably hard, but in the end, this is what we must do to make things right. By learning to forgive, we honor those who fought for this great country, we honor our loved ones who were taken away from us during these past years, we honor our police, our military, our countrymen but most importantly we honor her, our dear Canada, this is not to say that those responsible won't be held accountable, because they will be, in good time of course, but the thing is, for better or for worse, this country had enough, let us not forget who we are as individuals, we are not helping anyone by destroying other people's properties, we are only spreading more fear and that does not serve anyone. We must stand our ground peacefully so that our countrymen will follow our example. One thing is for sure, the regime fears us, they fear a united front, as a nation, we must now show the world how fearless we are and how we can overcome this righteous struggle.
