[Èire] Private Phonecall to Russia

Èire's Minister of Defense, Sean Cosgrave, would make a private phonecall to Russia's Minister of Defense via an encrypted line.

"Hello...my name is Sean Cosgrave, Ireland's minister of defense speaking, I was wondering if I could by chance acquire a large shipment of military surplus equipment for my country's defense forces at a reasonable price."

Valentin Varennikov would pick up the phone from his his desk in the Ministry of Defence building. The phone encrypted by SIN and private by nature was safe to use. Putting it to his ear he did not speak for a moment as the man on the otherside introduced them self. He adjusted his tie and cleared his throat as he got out some documentation and wrote down the contact."Ah, of course anything is possible. As you know Russia has a large amount of surplus equipment. We will of course have to refurbish equipment sent to you. Don't want equipment to negatively reflect the quality of our goods. In terms of quality and quantity what are you looking for?"

Cosgrave, would clear his throat and take a sip of tea, before proceeding to answer back. "I'm looking for a shipment of 14,500 SKS Rifles and 14,500 Makarov Pistols." He said cheerfully.

"You want SKS Rifles? Why not something like the AKM?" he asked sounding a bit confused."Regardless, if you want SKS rifles we can get them to you. Will need to check them over after we pull them from the salt mines. Repair any rust that may have breached the protective stuff on them."

Cosgrave chuckled lightly. "How about a combination of the two?regardless, the defense forces will take them after they have had maintanance done. Hopeful, all will be well."

"Is there anything else you need? Also, are you acquiring these for Op4 training or somthing else? We can better provide you with equipment suggestions with some more details. Also, what is your budget?"

"At the moment, no. With regards for training or something else again no. Our budget seems to slightly larger than last time but it seems as though my government is deep in debt."
