Mutmer sadly you cannot RP with a NPC, however if you're looking to do a specific scene I'd contact staff via the support ticket and explain the rp you wish to do and they'll organise for someone to play as said countries. You can always join our discord to get a quicker response!

Hey Mutmer, if you were to let’s say invade Albania or engage in some sort of event with another country that’s not controlled by anyone you would have to just message someone like Jamie or Hollie that you are going to do said event then another user will take control and RP with you.
