"Minister Kono, thank you for taking my call. I wanted to talk to you regarding the talks at the GA on the Kosovo Issue. We agree with your nations position, and have also welcomed your statement regarding that Serbia, even though retaining kosovo, shoult at least make up for him attempted military take over, isntead of going through diplomatic channels.
If we merge that with your statement on the poverty issues in Kosovo, we have come with the idea of imposing financial sanctions to Serbia, with the idea of using those funds to build schools, hospitals, sewage systems and other basic infrastructure needs that would help get the kosovar people out of their misery."
