The argentine ambassador in Mexico City would request a private call with the Director for Latinamerican Affairs, or its equivalent, to discuss the bilateral relationship between Argentina and Mexico.

As the nation of Argentina has a resident representative he may call at any time. In addition your representative would care to come by and speak with the Prime Minister in person. Either would be acceptable

If an audience for the ambassador with the Prime Minister is possible considering the PM's schedule, Argentina would gladly accept it at the PM's earliest convenience.

Once date, time and place was confirmed, the Ambassador would attend the scheduled meeting.

The argentine ambassador would privately confirm to the mexicans and inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs back in Buenos Aires of this new opportunity to talk to the new mexican administration.

Minutes before the meeting the ambassador would leave the embassy in the official black SUV, accompanied by the Chief of Chancillery and the driver. The driver would wait outside while the ambassador and his colleague would present themselves at the recepcion.
