They seem not willing to let the issue be, and we are concerned how this could impact future cooperation between Argentina and Russia. It was made clear to them that the issue was caused by an error not attributable to RusAr, but on the licensing registry. The information on the delivery they request is of public nature, yet they seem fixed at insisting on it. We would appreciate if you could handle the situation with them."

"Very well, give us the list they requested and we will have them drop the issue. As far as we are concerned, this issue is no longer ours beyond this. We prefer that Argentina and Ukraine work this out. However we have received news that Sweden may be attempting to use this situation to make gains in Eastern Europe. Unless we want them to get a foothold in OUR sphere in influence Russia expect a resolution to this dispute.

Also, we want an end to the situation in Antarctica. It has gone on long enough. We are considering withdrawing from the situation entirely. Our main concern there is the claim that we would no longer have access to the continent. We back Argentina as a partner in South America, and will not endanger our relationship. But it is obvious that the current strategy is not going to bear actual fruit."

"Argentina has not been directly contacted by Ukraine, and this E-Mail to RusAr was the first time we officially heard anything from them. We agree that things could have been resolved quickly and without any trouble would they have contacted RusAr in the first place directly.

As I mentioned, all the information is publicly available and can be checked at all times. We will be informing Ukraine of this on the reply to them through RusAr, since this is for us a stricly commercial issue.

Sad to hear that about Antarctica. We would however like to continue cooperating with Russia through scientific projects on the continent. As for the overall situation, Argentina has its position very clear and we will not yield one centimeter to the Kingdom of Sweden regarding the argentine claimed area. With its coast 500nm away from the argentine mainland, its a matter of national security, aside from the historical and political links."

"The Argentine Republic has no issue, and said it at the GA debate, with open access for research purposes and non-military or intelligence stations on Antarctica. We are in favor of a demilitarized continent.

But Sweden's arrogant nature and their complete refusal to ammend some points in their proposal led to the negotiations stagnating. Argentine does not recongize the swedish claim on Antarctica, yet they insisted on putting an entire clause mentioning that on the Document. We asked it to be removed, they refuse, and here we are.

As for RusAr, we hope to solve the issue quickly as well. However, we have to note that should Ukraine decide to go forward with any legal action to claim the profit, said money was transfered to Russia, as per the RusAr agreement, hence we are asking your intervention to avoid reaching that stage. Ukraine will have the access to the Documentation it is requesting, but I just wanted to let you know of the possible consequences of their actions."

"Could Sweden have Marie Byrd Land? As far as I know, no other nation has ever claimed it. Regardless, I do believe that this is not an issue that will be solved overnight. "If Sweden wants to claim Mary Bird land, a territory for which the USA and Russia reserved the right to set a claim on, its not our problem. We are just looking to keep our own claimed land out fo their grasps, and also try to preserve territory for those nations who might have interests in the future but are currently unable to make a stand on their won. OUr claim is a triangular section extending to the South Pole, delimited by the 25° West and 74° West meridians and the 60° South parallel.

Sweden did attempt to present a project but it is not clear in regard of recognizing argentine sovereignty over the land, trying to make us have a co-ownership with the United Kingom, while Sweden itself gets to keep over 50% of the continent for themselves.

Yes, we can surely have a personal meeting to further discuss these issues."

Despite the request for no military transport the ambassador would be unknowingly watched by various Spetsgruppa Vympel members who were wearing business suits, and sunglasses. In shoulder holsters hidden by their suits they had a PSM pistol loaded with standard ammunition. There were eight of them and in the parking lot was five VAZ-2122 Reka. Each with a driver on standby. Leaving just three of the Vympel members who were undercover about in the reception area. The moment the Minister of Foreign affairs approached the ambassador two of the three would approach. One pulling out a badge."FSB Vympel. We have arranged a discreet transport for you. Please come with us."

The third one upon making contact would use his earpiece to radio to the waiting vehicles, which would turn their engines on and drive up front."Ambassador, we are going to ask that you join our convoy in your vehicle to the Ministry."

The convoy would go to the Ministry of Foreign affairs building where it would pull up. The FSB Agents would escort the two inside through security and to the front desk. From there, they seemed to disperse to the front door, and the convoy to await the return. The secretary at the desk would speak."Hello. Are you two the gentlemen from Argentina? We heard you would be arriving. The Minister of Foreign Affairs had a surprise call from the Swedish. He is currently inside with the Ambassador from China. Would you like to head in or stay out here? I can get you two some refreshments?"
