Dear H.E. Minister Andrada ,

We appreciate your feedback and on our end agree that the current draft Antarctic memorandum and Economic and Commerce agreement are the final versions to be signed. With this completed, I concur with the efforts to move to discuss the aspects of the President's visit. The following is a forwarded response by Chief Protocol Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Park Jaeshin.

To Whom it may concern, in line with the internal communique issued on January 12 on the President's Visit to the Republic of Argentina and associated members of importance, the following list of individuals have been notified and confirmed to join the President on his trip. The President's trip should take no longer than 4-days as outlined by the Protocols for State Visits by the Republic of Korea. The President's trip shall occur between January 18 - January 22. The President shall return to the Republic of Korea before January 25 in accordance with the Public Holiday for the Lunar New Year on January 28. The President would like to in the State Visit be able to visit cultural sights of historical importance and of national heritage to the Argentine people. Additionally, the President hopes for the opportunity to visit the Antarctic facilities as outlined by the Annex and previous communications. Please be aware of the following people accompanying the President. Additionally, the President will be assisted by a support staff of 85 personnel, including technical and protocol agents, translators, policy and political advisors, press staff, medical personnel, and security personnel.

Of the following, H.E. the President, H.E. the Minister of Science & Technology, H.E. the President of Korea's Polar Research Institute, and H.E. Director of South America Bureau will participate in the Presidential Visit to Arctic Stations. Special jackets, heating pads, and other necessary arrangements will be organized by the ROK Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with supplemental assistance appreciated from the Argentine Government. Annex I of the FWD email has been approved by the Chief Secretary.

We have taken note fo the Delegation that will visit Argentina together with his Excellency the President of the Republic of Korea. 24h security will be provided by the Argentine Republic for all memebrs of the Delegation during their entire stay in our country, as well as receive all necesary gear for the visit to the South Pole in Antarctica.

Aside from that visit, it will also stipulated that the previously discussed Agreements will be subscribe ina ceremony in front of the media, as well as a series of topic-specific meetings will be maintained to discuss a variety of issues of potential future cooperation.

We will also prepare meetings for his Excellency with the local korean community.

Thank you or the updated information Minister Andrada. The P.S.S. looks forward to cooperating with your personal security agency, and our Embassy in Buenos Aires and Chief of Security will work closely with your relevant entities to scout and monitor the situation. We look forward for the first ROK-Argentina summit between our administrations and for the implementation of mutually benefiting agreements.

H.E. Ambassador Jang will work closely with your government to invite the Korean community in Argentina, as well as the Korean media and international press for the agreement signing. If you have any items for an official discussion, we would prefer to know in advance to brief the President on the subject matters. Aside from this, we have nothing else to add, and we look forward to the official summit.
