"It's simple, once we deploy to Serbia, our French troops will do peacekeeping. We will monitor all political activites such as elections, allow us to represent as temporary Serbian government, so that we can work on with previous government to coordinate all possibilities. Once everything settled, we can hand over everything to a new government and we will return to France."

"It looks like we are about to witness an international intervention in Serbia. Leaving the motives on the side, this intervention would be off the legal arguments and without any international mandate. We are back at "world police" levels.

In the light of this, I recommend France to submit a draft Resolution to the GA proposing an international intervention, with CLEAR AND FAIR limits to what it can to and what their objectives are. This way we can avoid a massive intervention that god knows how it will turn out."
