Just typing that address brings a smile to my face. Ukraine is overjoyed that our brothers in Belarus have freed themselves from the increasingly tyrannical Lukashenko government--and that you've even been accepted into the Global Assembly! Now, Belarus shall have the voice in international politics that it always should have had.

The existence of our two unique nations is undeniable. There is no valid argument against our independence. As fellow survivors of the USSR, I hope our countries can work together towards a freer, more prosperous future. What can Ukraine do for our loving Ruthenian brothers? What are your goals?

If you are interested, we could discuss trade. Our main exports right now are Foodstuffs, Petroleum Products, Timber, Non-Ferrous Metals (Titanium, Mercury, Magnesium), and Natural Gas.

We are also very interested to know your opinion on "Western" countries.

Honorable Konstyantyn Hryshchenko,

your kind words bring joy into my heart. Freedom of our and your nation is undeniably one of the most important questions we wanted to discuss. As undeniably there are foreign and internal forces that wish to distabilise and destroy our proud nations. They may hide in the shadows for now but sooner or later they will walk into the light of the sun. Because of that threat we wanted to talk about creation of some kinda agreement to protect each others sovereignity.

Other question that we wanted to discuss is of course questio of trade, If Ukraine agrees we would have liked to establish freer market between our states. Out of the exports yu presented we are mostly interested in food, as Ukrainian produce is wide-known across USSR as one of the best. While we can propose our Machines and details for civuilian purposeses.

As for our opinion on western countries, while we do not yet fully trust them, we hope that in the future good relations can be established.

It would be wise for us to come together on this issue, yes. A mutual defense treaty is an option. It's possible we could recruit Poland to join as well--their lands have been torn apart by war and invasion just as often as our own. Ukraine has developed a very loving friendship with them over the past few years. Ukraine shares your suspicion towards western countries. We respect your sovereignty and your right to conduct international relations according to your will. However, we would still like to provide you with brotherly advice: be extremely careful in any dealings with Argentines and Swedes.

Argentina has exploited their RusAr business with Russia to counterfeit Ukrainian defense products (ex: the Slava Class Cruiser) and sell them for profit without our permission. Argentina claims the productions were an accident, a clerical error, but we are doubtful. We denied them access to the An-24 Ruslan last year, so they snuck behind our backs to gain production rights from Russia. The Argentines knew for a fact that some of the products they were making were partially Ukrainian owned, they did not care. I would not be surprised if they knowingly counterfeited the Slava Class Cruisers. They did not have the curtesy to notify us, we discovered the transgression on our own and had to fight for a lack luster apology. They have failed to inform us of the number, location, and price of the Ukrainian products they illegally manufactured and sold. It seems they view Ukraine as just a Russian Oblast--one that will not fight back. We do not want them to exploit our Ruthenian brothers as they have exploited Ukraine.

As for Sweden, we've had very little contact with them, but the conduct of their citizens is telling. A private Swedish company tried to scam us out of our Antonov stocks. Their purchase offer was idiotically low, and they insisted the company would not survive without their leadership. The Swedish government has just contacted us, but given their timing I find it hard to believe they have any intention of truly befriending us. They seem more interested in exploiting disagreements between Ukraine and Russia for their own advantage. They view Ukraine as a possible Swedish colony. Again, we do not want to see these westerners exploit our Ruthenian brothers.

Germany and Poland have been respectful and friendly towards Ukraine. They have recognized our sovereignty. If they are true friends of Ukraine, then they must recognize your sovereignty as well. Our interactions with the United States, Ireland, Brazil, and Spain have been very limited, but these countries have been fairly respectful towards us so far. Unlike Sweden, the United States has not attempted to use Ukraine to harm Russia.

I apologize for being so long winded, but we would like to provide you with knowledge we wish we'd had when we first entered the world-stage.

To address trade, we're flattered that you have such a high opinion of our foodstuffs and we share an equal interest in your machinery. How often would Belarus like trade shipments to occur?

We are increadibly thankful for the information regarding our fellow european nations. While Poland has been many times invaded and ravaged by war, it shouldnt be forgotten that in many times Poland was instigator of conflicts. As it was them who occupied lands of western White Ruthenia and Ukraine where they conducted policies of Polification. But if our ukrainian brothers are giving them one more chance we may do as well. After all it was with them that we, heirs of Lithuania, built one of strongest state to ever exist on european soil.

We shall heed your warning and be wary of states of Sweden and Argentina. But we would also like to make our own judgement.

Concerning the shipments, we propose them once every few month. If that is agreable of course, Ruthenian industry has been supplying Soviet Union with vehicles for decades and we do nit want this legacy to be abandoned.

As a independent and legitimate state it is of course White Ruthenia's right to make it's own foreign policy judgements. We respect this right and wish you the best in your international relations with the rest of the world. If any foreign state ever mistreats White Ruthenia, we respectfully ask that you inform us. That way Ukraine can coordinate sanctions with its brothers in White Ruthenia, should you deem it necessary.

As for trade, we find this very agreeable. We will notify you once Ukraine has obtained the logistical means to fulfill this agreement (we will need to purchase more freight-trains, as all of ours have already embarked on other trade routs).

On a final note, we would like to know White Ruthenia’s opinion on the so-called “Declaration of the Romanian People”?
