Belgium's Foreign Secretary for North American Affairs, Reynard Faust would contact his Mexican counterpart Marcelo Ebrard to discuss diplomacy via an encrypted line of communication.

The call would be transferred and encrypted via the proper channels to the Minister's secure office phone. Hearing it ring, he would pick up, having been notified of the call.

"Fraternal Greetings on such short notice, my government would like to enhance diplomatic relations between our two nations and secure for Mexico a place in a global non alignment organisation."

"We are always looking to improve relations. What do you mean by a non-alignment organization?"

"By a non aligned organisation I mean an entity that embodies a third way between Western hegemony and Russian Aggression wherein there exists a commitment to national sovereignty, world peace, and social justice on the part of state actors looking for an alternative to the current geopolitical order. My country is currently discussing such matters with Egypt and Ukraine at this point in time and would like to offer Mexico a place in the sun should your country's government approve."

We are certainly interested in exploring such an organization, though I must first obtain the approval of the President before I can give a firm commitment to further, in depth discussion about forming, or joining, one. Have any kind of details been worked out, or is it quite early in discussions?"
