Victor,
I'm not very optimistic with the persistence of said deal, but we will try. As for the meeting with President Duterte, he has expressed his interest in having you join the meeting once we dealt with the bialteral meetings. We will receive you here in Casa Rosada at your convenience.

Also, sorry for the delay in our reply, we are currently with some internal situation that hinders our rapid responses.

Sincerely yours,

Ignacio Herrero
President of the
Argentine Republic

Vicepresident of the Argentine Republic, Juan Lo Giudice would inform the brazilian Head of State that he would be receiving him at his office until President Herrero and President Duterte are ready to receive him.

A police motorcade would be dispatched to receive the brazilian leader at the airport and escort him to the VP's office in the Casa Rosada.

"The is quite a big moment for us Oscar," says a smiling President Herraro. "Two heads of state. This should be historic for us. Make sure you push military purchases with the Philippines." "I have gone over detailed files of what the Phillipines may be lacking in terms of military equipment. We hopefully can work with them and it is my understanding they like to purchase DPR's for equipment. Is this acceptable for you, sir?"

"Quite so, we need to open up a pipeline to a good ally."

"Of course, sir."

They two leaders then take a pause in their conversation and look out the windows of the busy streets Buenos Aries whizzing pass them as they wait to arrive in Casa Rosada.

The VP would welcome the brazilian Head of State in his office in the Casa Rosada and offer him something to drink while they wait for the President to be ready.

"President Romero, thank you for coming once again, Argentina welcomes you with open arms as our main and most importnat ally. While we wait for the President to finish the first part of the talks with the leader of the Philippines, I would like to inquire about how the work at the new military bases in the Atlantic Ocean are progressing. The past weeks have been rather intense for us due to domestic issues and we weren't able to focus on the foreign front as much as we would have liked to. Also, I understand your nation still hast a non-interest loan open with our nation which should begin the payback period around these months. How is that going? Do you need an extension?"

"Thank you Mister Vice President, I am glad to finally meet with both you and President Herrero and the Philippine President. To answer your question, construction on the Saint Peter Air and Naval Base is going smoothly. It shall be completed on time in six months time. I will confer with the president on which of our forces shall call the base home.

I would also like to pass on information to the President before our joint meeting with the Philippine President. We have purchased two additional Brazil Class carriers which we can further upgrade. We have also started construction on our our first carrier base on the offshore island The Ilha De Maraca Naval Base. The Ilha De Maraca Naval Base will put us only 4000km off the coast of Florida. I would also like to speak with the President about our naval forces that are still stationed in Montevideo.

A Carrier group task force could be deadly in this region if necessary. But I will elaborate more when the President is ready. Thank you."
