If Possible, we'd like to have a meeting within France if possible, We'll send a group made up of the Brazilian Ambassador to France, The Chief of International Relations and his highness, the Crown Prince of Brazil.

The Day of the meeting would soon come, with the Diplomatic staff made up of the Crown Prince, the Brazilian Ambassador, and the Chief of International Relations. The Aircraft would notify the proper Airport of their imminent arrival.

The Sovereign Prince, along with the Commissioner for Commercial Development, and Constable of France, would prepare to meet with the Crown Prince and the persons meeting with him, as the Airport would allow them to land at the Charles de Gaulle Airport near Paris.

A Police Escort with executive cars would meet with them and take them from the Airport southeast to Bourges, where they would meet. At the Palace of Jacques Cœur, they would prepare a room to receive them. Once they arrived, the Prince Sovereign would speak first, "Good Evening, Your Highness, esteemed representatives," his subordinate would follow by saying likewise. "As me move to my office, can I get any of you tea, water? I'd offer wine but it's rather early in the day for that."

The Brazilians would follow the French Representatives, the Crown Prince speaking first.

"A Drink of Tea would be nice, Thank you for receiving us Your Highness." The Brazilians would shake hands with the French before accompanying them into the palace.

"I'd like to thank you once again for agreeing to this meeting."

One of the Aides would bring a pitcher of warm tea, of which the Prince Sovereign would pour a few glasses.

"Of Course. Our nations are tied together by several traditions, not the least of with as two loyal daughters of the Church, as well as our shared border - however untouched by civilization it may be."

He would reach for a folder next to him as he would continue, " To begin on the most prominent events currently taking place, what is your country's take on the current conflict brewing in the South Atlantic and Antarctic regions? If I'm honest, my country's current policy is hardly concerned with Antarctica at all, much less with going to war over it - though we do certainly take the side of the Argentines diplomatically."
