Private​ Dear Minister, Odinson I would like to open formal communication with the United States of America and the Republica de Colombia. United States have had a long interest within our nation for years ranging for politics to law enforcement to military and more. Our Government feels it is beneficial to communicate with our Northern neighbours and we seek to improve relations with one and another. I look forward to your reply.
