Dear whom it may concern,
We hope this email finds you well and in good health.
Anglo-German cooperation on a number of European defense platforms underscored a commitment to the readiness and defense of Europe by both our nations. Since the turn of the 21st century it is increasingly clear of the necessity to continue to maintain avenues of collective mobilization of resources to channel European resources into capable defense platforms.
One of the mutual areas of cooperation was the Eurofighter Typhoon which Germany was a significant investor and retained several production lines for. It has come to our attention that the legal rights to production of the aircraft are currently with British companies.
We wish to inquire on the legal documentation and what the terms were of the purchase of the production rights for the Eurofighter. Additional our office wishes to acquire assurances on Germany's ability to produce the Eurofighter for its national defense exclusively. We hope for fruitful exchanges and look forward to your response.
Additionally, if possible, we would like to inquire on the current assets that British companies own of joint European defense projects.
Kind regards,
Sarah Eickhart
