After review by the Board of Governors, the Federal Reserve System is prepared to offer one of the following options below for your government:

1. A $4-billion loan over the course of 6 months [3 IRL months]. Your government would repay $1,560,000,000 per month.
2. A $4-billion loan over the course of 8 months [4 IRL months]. Your government would repay $1,180,000,000 per month.
3. A $4-billion loan over the course of 10 months [5 IRL months]. Your government would repay $956,000,000 per month.
4. A $4-billion loan over the course of 12 months [6 IRL months]. Your government would repay $810,000,000 per month.

Please let me know if your government is interested in one of these options. I will then send further information, including terms, as well as a formal agreement for the loan.
