We are happy to hear from the government of France and hope for strong bilateral relations between our two governments. While our relationships during the Cold War may have been chilly, Ukraine is no longer a part of the Soviet Union and is instead a Sovereign state. Our Communism is a communism for the future, one which focuses on the original goals of communism, prosperity, equality, and security. We are thus very open to expanding trade between our two peoples and working together on what are no doubt the many mutual goals shared by our governments.

The communism party is either the second and third largest political parties in France, depending on whom you ask. I find a lot of common ground with them any several issues.

Elections in France are gearing up in six weeks. I am running for President and right now am holding a very comfortable lead in the polls. I would never want to get arrogant by guaranteeing a victory, but perhaps you could come to Paris and we can start up talks, so after the elections we can hit the ground running.

I believe strong relations between our two nations will be vital to both the continent and our respective countries.

In Private, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Yuriy Haidayev, and small delegation from the Ukrainian Foreign Office and Defense Office would travel on a chartered aircraft from Kyiv, Ukraine to Paris, France. Upon reaching French Air Space it would immediately inform the French ATC of its heading, and its passengers. Requesting permission to proceed and land.

The French ATC would allow the Ukrainian aircraft to land and request that it lands on runway 27. After the delegation would depart they would be met at the airport Jean Le-Pen and a security detail of 4 Peugout Boxer 2,5 vans and 3 bodyguards for each vehicle carrying loaded PM N90's submachine guns and two extra clips.

"Minister Haidayev, it is good to finally meet you. Welcome to France."

He would then motion to one of the vans and open the side door himself and say, "After you Mister Minister."
