French Republic, the Prime Minister, Édouard Philippe, would placed a phone call to Argentine President. The call is encrypted and Secret Call. French Prime Minister would check the room to make sure that no one is snooping in. He would place in two armed guard. Once phone call from Argentine picks up, DGSE will record. All recording must be used for future references. Upon getting green signal from Directorate-General for External Security, the call is full encrypted and top secret.

"Argentina will immediatly call down alll current operations targeting mainland France, Corsica and all other french holdings in Europe. Argentina will not demand any monetary compensation for France's wrong doings. All french military assets currently stationed in the oversea territories will be authorized to return safely to mainland France, together with all french military personnel.

In return, and to restore Argentina's honor, we demand the end of the french colonial holdings.

This will mean that we want most of your overseas territories to be granted independent.

Mayotte, French Polynesia, Martinique, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy and Wallis and Futuna are to be granted independence.

Saint Pierre and Miquelon is to be handed over to Canada, if they accept. If not, it is to be granted independence.

French Guyana is to be returned to Brazil, if they accept. If not, it is to be granted independence.

New Caledonia, Reunion and Guadeloupe are to be transfered to Argentina, for further actions to be taken in the future.

This are our demands. We will immediatly declare a cease fire and began the transition to a signing of peace, while be secure the demanded interests. No further attacks will take place against France.

Finally, France will publicly apologize to Argentina and we will sign a treaty to renew diplomatic ties once its over.

The President and Minister of Defence, plus some personal aids would be in there too.
