"Because... you are speaking to me... and I do not bullshit when people have lost their lives in this cursed war. Let's begin negotiations, shall we?"

"I see. We will take your word on this. The last time we received a call from a french official, we made an offering, which included basically France granting the independence to all its colonies, or return them to nations they were core-part of, like French Guyana to Brazil and Saint Pierre and Miquelon to Canada. As a token of ourt interest in seeking peace, we will significantly lower our expectations.

The last french Governments, under Macron and his predecesor, failed to abide its financial responsabilities with Argentina and Brazil.

France failed to return a 10bn credit Argentina gave them, that included a 20% interest rate. We were also informed by our brazilian friends that they paid 6,2bn to Macron's France in exchange for military equipment, which was never delivered. Our first demand would be for those funds to be returned to the Republic of Argentina immediatly. The sum would be 18,2bn USD, plus the 1,82bn we demand as compensation for future loss of income or earning potential, plus compensation for the physical and human losses in Alexandria due to the french bombing, being the final number we demand $22,020,000,000.00.

Aside from this, we demand for the Islands in the Indian Ocean, and near Madagascar to be temporarily transfered to Argentina to initiate the process of independence and/or return to Madagascar (Southern French and Antarctic Lands). The islands hold no permanent population nor generate any income, and its a mere symbolic gesture we want from France. Territories under dutch control, should be treated according to the Treaty of Philipsburg your Government signed with the dutch.

In return, the Republic of Argentine will immediatly sign a ceasefire and immediatly halt all operations agains the French Republic and withdraw from Corsica and the french mediterranean EEZ and territorial waters, so that both our Governments can end the state of war. The Republic of Argentina, if those terms are agreed on, will renounce to any further demand or claim agains France as consequence of the attack perpatrated by your countrymen one month ago.

"We'll see to it that you're financially compensated... we have no issue with that. However, we wish that the independence of these islands be subject to the General Assembly to decide the conditions of your temporary hold on these islands and the process of their independence. In return, we'll give you President Macron and his cabinet. They will be removed from office and put in front of the new ICJ once the judges are selected to stand trial for their crimes against humanity."

"I'm happy that you agreed on the financial matter. However, I must insist with the islands, its a symbolic gesture we want, and it will go the same fate as the other territories subject to the GA, Argentina will oversee its process and we offer France to be part of it as an active observer on all meetinsg and electoral processes (MNverse), third nations such as Madagascar and Australia might be included as well. It will be only a temporary matter."

"The whole point of a compromise is that no one ever leaves truly happy, which is why we wish for the GA to see to this and set the conditions. I'm sure that the CIS can maneuver into a majority bloc in the GA to set favorable conditions. Who knows, maybe Vietnam and Australia may prove to be swing votes in your favor to create better terms than the ones you have originally set? Regardless, this is our condition. Allow us to meet in the middle."

"Well, if that would be the case, we would like to phrase the terms using our words of choice, and also we would like compensation for the whole fleet we have deployed over there. If we set the overall compensation to 24bn, I will see this put on paper and we can arrange a meeting on neutral ground for signing."

"We'll up your compensation, but we do not agree with you setting the terms using the words of choice. The terms will be in the words of the Assembly as they choose to do so. It's fair."

"Yes, we are only talking of the way it will be written on the peace agreement that comes out of this negotiation. Afterwards, the GA can do as they please, following its democratic functioning. You will obviously get to read it before signing."

The argentine would end the call and begin making some phonecalls and summon different diplomats and experts to draft the first copy of the proposed Peace Terms. After few hours, they would call back the french on an encrypted line.

"General, I am sending you a draft now. Please hold."

An encrypted connection would be used to transmit the draft document:

"We agree on most of the proposed changes. With the exception of the first preambulatory paragraph, Frances responsability in this is without doubt, but we had the courtesy to not mention the french Government, but instead only mentioned "personnel". We can accept removing "lead to the loss of lives and damage to infrastructure", though.

As for the compensation numbers, we would prefer them to be stated in the paragraph. We agree to the 6.2bn be paid directly to Brazil, but we would like for the total sum Argentina receives to be listed precisely here.

12bn in concept of the debt and the additional combined compensations valued at a fix amount of 5bn. This is as low as we can go, considering all we have already given away."

After thinking for a moment, LaPedite would respond.

"16 billion for you, 6.2 to Brazil, we will present Macron in front of the ICJ. Those are our fairest terms and we will sign the treaty. That is a fair price to pay and we are not happy with it... but like I said, compromise is where we meet together."

The argentine MoFA would put his hand on the microphone of the phone and inform of the offer to the president and the rest of the cabinet present. After few seconds of thinking, the President would stand up:

"Let's finish this. Inform General LaPedite that we accept the terms."

An updated draft would be redacted and immediately sent to the french on an encrypted line.
