"While we generally agree with the Declaration, we would like to have some clarifications.
First, this shall be in force until we establish a long term solution only? Secondly, why does it mention Norway as a belligerent? As far as we understand Norway did not prticipate in the conflict, at least militarily. Are we getting informed of something here?
Lastly... "The Secretariat shall permit the Argentine Republic the status of an Observer, giving the Argentine Republic to participate in the debate." Could you please elaborate on the reach of the "observer" status for Argentina at this conference? We are concerned that as such we will only be able to participate in the talks, but have no decisive power over a matter that is of foremost interest to us."
