She was not pleased that Brazil would be getting off Scott-free, again...now the Kaiser was undermining her authority? She had to act...but she couldn't. She couldn't veto his decision in front of the Court; it would make her look unprofessional in the face of a child who was not going to quit until he got his way. She supposed, and half-prayed, that Romero may have the sense to choose to continue the case anyways, in order to prove some sort of point...but she knew that, if he and the Kaiser agreed on it, he may stick to his word.
