Note that this is a rough translation in subtitles for English.

Reichstag President Mark Schillinger:
For the NPD, is the next speaker, Wolfgang Shröder.

Applause held as Wolfgang Shröder makes his way to the podium

Wolfgang Shröder:
Mr. President, ladies and gentlemen, dear colleagues. As you may well remember, my compatriot — and a veteran of the 2nd World War — Hugo Broch had decided to come out and state the obvious to everyone: this government is guilty of not allowing what was promised by His Majesty, the Kaiser, so long ago before that fateful winter: the basic human right to freedom of speech, and freedom to demonstrate peacefully. I can only say that I am disappointed, especially for those of you who continued to interrupt and berate him — including many of those who champion such rights — that you took my colleague's words with such little care, that you may as well have reverted back to being slaves to the will of other countries, instead of men and women of the country that you are supposed to be responsible for!

Applause from the NPD and a couple of MPs from the other parties as Wolfgang Shröder takes a sip from his water glass.

Wolfgang Shröder:
The fact of the matter is that we cannot avoid that there is newfound support for National Socialism and, by extension, fascism! With such support, it is no wonder that the German Reich is beginning to come crashing down on top of us; the [German] People are tired of the same, old faces who state that there is change to be had, but none is given. Instead, we revert to the status quo and make the same mistakes again and again. Even without Angela Merkel, we cannot seem to break this cycle. It is not because we are simply a repetitive people, it is because we are afraid of radical change, yet again, taking a hold of us here in Germany, and allowing tyranny to rear its head back to us! I say no more, and to Hell with the ban on the NSDAP! Allow them to speak for themselves, instead of simply branding them as unfit for politics!

Applause as Wolfgang Shröder continues to speak

Wolfgang Shröder:
Many claim —

Interrupting Patron from the Observation Deck:
The Nazis are illegal because they killed 6-million Jews!

Wolfgang Shröder:
Many claim that the NSDAP's unfitness to rejoin the political sphere of influence in Germany is one that is justified, thanks to the murder of over 11 million people in organized death camps, that —

Same interrupting patron from the Observation Deck:
It's not a claim, it is a fact, Anti-Semite!

Wolfgang Shröder:
That their actions are unjustifiable, horrendously abhorrent, and — furthermore — unable to be atoned for; we must keep apologizing for a war that happened decades ago, for people that are either long dead or aged and decrepit like my comrade!

Applause from the NPD and a couple of MPs from other parties

Wolfgang Shröder:
This is the same toxic, abhorrent mentality that also now chokes our streets with protests against the German government for taking a decidedly better course of action than staying in the same spot during the Winter! With people who are unable to make up their minds, we see more and more of the same: a nation divided, and a lack of progress made! Eventually, we will come to the same decision about this government, and change will come, violently or quietly. Whether or not we should allow the NSDAP back into the limelight is a question that many would dare not think about, because such a past hurts our feelings, but I can promise everybody that, if the NSDAP returns, I will not support rabidness and heinous actions that they commit in the name of our Fatherland. I will tell you that I, as a dedicated National Socialist at one point in time, will support a Germany that actively engages with its people, and the people actively engage with the State! I will support a Germany that is more united than before and, should they manage to become a government, I will support an NSDAP whose Chancellor works with His Imperial & Royal Majesty, the Kaiser.

Applause from the NPD and a larger amount of MPs from other parties as Wolfgang Shröder steps off.
Jeering from the Observation Deck directed to Wolfgang Shröder

Friday Moderne Ostpolitik Concepts Presentation — Presented by Frank Franz

Note that the translation in subtitles for English-speaking observers is shown alongside.

Reichstag President Mark Schillinger:
The next speaker, Frank Franz of the NPD, with his presentation on new German foreign political concepts.

Applause is given as Frank Franz steps to the podium

Frank Franz:
Mr. President, my colleagues. Otto von Bismarck is known for his pragmatism and criticism of Kaiser Wilhelm's decision to ally with Austria-Hungary instead of the Russian Empire. In addition to his statesmanship with the Schleswig-Holstein question, the policy and goals of the chancellor are well connected with the concepts of Realpolitik: state art, which considers problems from a pragmatic and realistic perspective and learns to use such problems for the benefit of the state. However, I will talk to you today about how the world has changed since the days of Bismark, when our main concern was the unification of a German state.

Applause is given from members of the Reichstag.

Frank Franz:
While the concepts of realpolitik are not obsolete, there should be a new way of thinking to ensure that realpolitik keeps up with the times. At a time when Germany is viewed as ambitious, imperialist and even belligerent, and as we continue to pay our reparations for the battle for Europe, it is time for Realpolitik to evolve so as not to end the German Reich. While Germany has been alone since its founding, it is our duty to seek alliances with our neighbors. This brings me to the core of this presentation: New Ostpolitik. As His Majesty's visit to Ukraine has shown, Eastern Europe is also our neighbor, and it should be our responsibility to act as a good neighbor. Our foreign policy should change so that we do not focus primarily on the West, which has always antagonized and bullied Germany, but focus on apologizing to our Eastern brothers and showing them the respect that they have earned long before our foundation; Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Poland, every country that lies to the east of Germany must be seen by our neighbors just as we had to see the west!

Applause is given from members of the Reichstag as Frank Franz takes a drink of water

Frank Franz:
Instead of focusing on our hostility, Germany can bring Eastern Europe closer together. Maybe Bismarck could get what he wanted: an Entente with Russia to protect Germany from the worries of other countries! It should be the intention of the German diplomatic corps to ensure that politics with Eastern Europe is friendly and inviting, and that the West remembers its place. This has been a more difficult goal since we left the Global Assembly, but I believe that if we could leave an organization that wants to create a world government, we can leave the West's gaze and seek new relationships with those who once were our most hated enemies! Germany is alone in the West, but in Eastern Europe Germany it can find a place it calls home!

Applause is given from members of the Reichstag as Frank Franz steps away from the podium to take his seat.
