Reichland Defence Exports EU Terms & Conditions​

Reichland Defence Exports reserve the right to reject any order without given reason, as well as the right to remain a company under the guidance of the German Ministry of Defence and its parent organization. No other nation may be allowed to purchase the company outright or to purchase the rights to any of its products without consultation to the Federal Government of the German Reich beforehand. Reichland Defence EU is a German-nationalized defense company first, and an international defense company second. The company reserves the right to outfit the German Armed Forces with any products it makes first, and to deny products to any nation based on the whims and wishes of the Federal Ministry of Defence or of its subsidiaries. Purchased products from Reichland Defence Exports must not be resold to any other party unless explicitly given permission to do so by the Federal Government of the German Reich. However, the company's subsidiaries also have a say in whether or not products can be resold; furthermore, purchased products from Reichland Defence Exports must not be used for research and development unless given explicit permission by the company's subsidiaries and the German Ministry of Defence. Purchased products from Reichland Defence Exports cannot be manufactured by the buyer unless explicitly given permission to do so by the Federal Ministry of Defence. Purchased products from Reichland Defence Exports must not be used against the German State and its allies in any shape, way or form. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Warfare, Intervention, Hostile Actions against German forces, etc. Buyers reserve the right to return defective or unwanted products within 14 days to Reichland Defence Exports with an 80% refund of a nation's money, in order to cover losses associated with a return; if a product returned to Reichland Defence Exports does not meet the 14 day deadline, then the purchase is considered final, with no refund given back for returned products. Buyers reserve the right to complain about rude, unhelpful, or delayed services to Reichland Defence Exports and its subsidiaries, as well as to inform the parent company of products on Reichland Defence Export's catalog that belong to another country or legal entity and can only be sold by said country or legal entity. Furthermore, all sales between Reichland Defence Exports are transparent and open to international viewing.
