HMS Daring, one of Britain's most prominent Type 45 Destroyers has been granted the authorisation for a Europe-North American Tour that will see stops at multiple ports for more prominent friendships of the United Kingdom, stopping at ISAF States or new blossoming friendships. Requests have been sent to the following countries, requesting permission for the Type 45 Destroyer to make port at their countries for up to a day or two; this would allow citizens to have tours of the Destroyer and/or welcome Political Staff to meet the Captain with the intention of supporting said relationships. Once all countries either accept or decline the request for porting, the mission would begin in the order listed in the Operations tab. Skipping those who do not respond or have rejected. This request was sent to:

It would be my delight to welcome HMS Daring to Canada. We would like to welcome your crew to visit CFB Halifax on our East Coast, or CFB Esquimalt on our West Coast. Great Britain was authorised to send in their Type 45 HMS Daring. HMS Daring was permitted to enter Russian Naval Base Severomorsk. Once entering Russian Waters a Russian vessel will be sent to escort the vessel for safe passage. This was welcomed and shown great positivity about Great Britain.

With confirmation from four countries, the crew of HMS Daring was given the green light to begin their tour, hoping that the countries they are pending confirmation for reply before their slot; otherwise it would be missed. Nonetheless, HMS Daring would begin it's departure from HMNB Portsmouth. Docking at any available port if any issues, to refuel or resupply if neccessary. It would begin it's trip to the Russian Naval Base Severomorsk. A couple of hours prior to it's arrival, the Captain would be sure to inform the Russian Navy of their location and estimiated time of arrival for them to escort the Type 45 Destroyer. Once given the escort, the Destroyer would be put into 'hibernation' to allow either Citizens, officials of the Russian Government/Navy, or both depending on the Russian Governments preference to visit the ship for a tour, and to meet the crew. Weaponry was locked away and deactivated to ensure aboslutely no usage once in Russian Territory.

Meanwhile, the Dutch Government were informed of the armament on-board the vessel but were reassured of it's deactivation once entering Dutch Waters after the visit to Russia. The Captain had also responded directly to the Minister of National Defence in Canada, requesting the permission to visit CFB Halifax once the tour reaches Canada.

With HMS Daring nearing Russian Waters, a Russian Frigate named Tatarstan (691) would set sail towards HMS Daring to escort the Vessel into the Naval Base. While this was happening two Sukhoi Su-34's from the 14th Fighter Aviation Regiment were starting to roll down the airstrip turning on a heading to intercept the British Warship.

The Russian fighters wouldn't leave Russian Airspace and would circle the British Warship staying at a safe distance would watch over the British Warship. Air traffic controllers would also direct commercial aircraft out of the way of the Fighters and British path. Once the British Warship has docked. Vladimr Putin would make his way to the Naval base to view the Vessel and civilians would be granted special access to the Naval base to visit the British ship.

The Portuguese Ministry of Foreign & ISAF Affairs as accepted with great delight the British Proposal, giving it information to dock in the Lisbon Naval Base, where the crew of the Vessel NRF São Gabriel will meet with their British counterparts, allowing both vessels to be visited by Civilians, the Lisbon Mayor will be present also to visit the British Vessel, showing great friendship ties with the Oldest Portuguese Ally. Further more, food,supplies,fuel and stay will be granted to the British Crew in the near by Base Barracks, with all expenses paid by the Portuguese Federal Republic.

At this point, HMS Daring would have successfully been escorted into Russia and be open for the arrival of Vladmir Putin. The crew providing service and the Captain, a personal tour of the Russian President. Crew Members on-board welcomed citizens who were given access, and overall, ensured a pleasant stay and welcoming onto one of Britain's leading Type 45 Destroyers. After a couple of days, it would be time to move on. Thanking Russia for their hospitality, HMS Daring had begun to load back up and depart with the relevant authorisation. Beginning the next leg of it's journey to the Netherlands to repeat a similiar process. After several hours at sea, the Captain would contact the Dutch Authorities and provide a list of arms on-board, and requesting to make port. Setting the ship up to welcome citizens and/or officials from the Dutch Government.

The message sent by the captain of the HMS Daring would be received by the Ministry of Defence and would forwarded to Naval Command. On radar the vessel would be tracked as it entered Dutch territorial waters and the Zr.Ms De Zeven Provinciën (HNLMS De Zeven Provinciën) would be dispatched to intercept and provide and honourary escort to the port of Amsterdam. Upon arrival both vessels would be docked besides each other and secured by naval ground personnel. Marines from the 1 Marine Combat Group, 11 Raiding Squadron would be tasked with the security of both vessels for the duration of their stay.

The mayor of Amsterdam would be there to greet the captain and the crew of the HMS Daring, a mass of civilians both Dutch citizens and foreign tourists would be there to welcome both vessels. Most eager to get a look at the ship from closeby.

HMS Daring, following authorisation from the Port of Amsterdam and a Dutch Navy Escort eventually made port. Pulling in and securing the vessel down in a short period of time before the Captain left to meet with the Mayor of Amsterdam. Sailors of the Royal Navy stood around the outskirts of the ship with British and Dutch Flags hoisted from the Destroyer. As per the procedure for Russia, the Dutch Population would be allowed to take a tour of the ship if the Dutch Government agreed. The ship locked down to ensure no accidents or intentional attacks could occur. Marking the second leg of the journey. The Destroyer was to remain held in the Netherlands for a couple of days before continuing it's trip.

With HMS Daring hosted in the Netherlands for a few days, it had the opportunity to meet citizens and officials that represent the Dutch Government. Offering engaging tours throughout the days, with the Captain meeting the Mayor of Amsterdam which marked the end to Operationm Duplomatic Holdings II. The Type 45 Destroyer had begun to pack up from it's static point and under authorsation, left it's point in Amsterdam to begun it's heading towards the Port of Taulon. The French Government (@Exultris ) would be informed of this and request confirmation of the arrival of the Type 45 Destroyer.

Whilst HMS Daring had begun it's trip, a message was sent out to Portugal and America for confirmation on whether the Type 45 Destroyer is something that could visit their countries as apart of their tour. @Fairhold @John

The French Navy would receive the request and confirm that the Type 45 Destroyer may enter French waters and dock at Toulon at their convenience. Upon the arrival of the Destroyer, two small French escorts would be sent out to give the vessel safe passage into port. Toulon would be decorated with a variety of Union Jacks and Frankish flags to celebration the historic moment. In advance of the vessel's arrival, French journalists and news teams would request permission to film HMS Daring once docked to showcase the continuing bond between Francia and the United Kingdom.

The Type 45 Destroyer, named HMS Daring, had come into French Waters and begun to dock at Toulon following their arrival. The Sailors on-board standing on the side, visible to French residents as they made their arrival. The Type 45 Destroyers Captain had given the permission to specific French Journalist to film the destroyer, although this would be reviewed at the time to ensure no security risks or leaks of valuable information but this was discretely observed. Like previous ports, it was fitted to allow citizens and/or government officials to visit if they'd prefer. Meanwhile, Portugal and America were sent final messages requesting approval, if no reply met, that leg of the journey would be cut off.

After multiple days hosted in France, HMS Daring had not been given further confirmation from Portugal, Malta or the US. Concluding them as Declined Requests which allowed the crew to make for it's now-final destination. Canada. The French Government would be thanked for their hospitality as the crew begun to pack up, resupplying thoroughly before beginning to depart the port under authorisation. Beginning it's lengthy journey across the Atlantic towards Canada. The Canadian Government would be briefly informed of the Destroyers intent to arrive within the next week for the end of it's Europe-North American Tour which was designed to reassure allies and friends.

The Portuguese Government would re-send the confirmation sent previously, worrying that he mght have not reach the British before. Detailing an apology if the confirmation had not reached them in the first place. But still informing that Portugal would still receive the vessel with open arms.

The Royal Navy Public Relations Office would apologise for the confusion, directing HMS Daring to detour to Portugal for that aspect of the tour. The Destroyer, not much further, would divert course and be entering Portuguese waters in no time -- with the proper authentication. A few days in Portugal would suffice before the destroyer continues it's journey to Canada, and the Portuguese Government would be made aware of the Destroyers setup that would allow citizens, and/or government officials to have tours of the ship and generally the chance to visit. The Canadian Government would be made aware of this slight delay as the Type 45 Destroyer begun to set up in the Port designated by the Portuguese Government.

After a few days in Portugal, the British Type 45 Destroyer HMS Daring would conclude their visit and begin to depart, after allowing citizens of Portugal visit the craft. Following their departure, the longest and final journey of the Operation was to come -- Canada. From Portugal, having resupplied, begun it's journey to Canada with a brief message sent to the Canadian Government informing them of the intent to be at Canada within the week. Thus far, the British Government has praised the mission set by HMS Daring as "'a successful reassurance' for British Allies in Europe", and that Britain will actively seek to ensure their presence and support of peace is maintained.

Following the collapse of the Canadian Government, and the latest concerns regarding a Nationalist Uprising, the tour to Canada was cancelled and HMS Daring was instructed to return to the United Kingdom. Concluding Operation Diplomatic Holdings. With this in mind, the Type 45 Destroyer, halfway across the Atlantic, had begun it's route to turn around and return to it's homebase in the UK. Nonetheless, the operation was marked as a success with the technologically advanced destroyer having arrived in multiple countries, raising reassurance for Britain's European Allies. During the journey back, the crews would undergo debriefings and the families informed of HMS Darings return in the coming days from the Atlantic.
