The RIAT Organisers have confirmed there is currently no space for additional flying aircraft.
Any outstanding confirmations would be static only.

The Royal International Air Tattoo is still permitting static aircraft. Countries were requested to confirm if they would like to attend and fill out the registration form.

The chance to offer aircraft had now closed and countries were invited to begin arriving. The British Forces had already begun to arrive in groups with the show commencing to the public within a couple of days. The RIAT Staff were working consistently to plan static routes and flying displays to offer the best show to all. The expected turn out was to cover 110,000 guests over the weekend, with local police stepping up security to cover the site along with contracted security personnel for handling security and ticket checks over the RIAT Weekend.

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam would begin making preparations immediately for the Royal International Air Tattoo. The 921st Fighter Red Star Squadron located at Noi Bai International Airport would fuel their 12 Su-35S 'Super-Flanker' fighter aircraft. Ground crew servicing them and performing pre-flight checks as they went. Each aircraft would be given maximum fuel during this process. A flight plan was laid out as at the same time the 916th Helicopter Ba Vi Squadron would roll out their Denel Rooivalk and prepare it for transport. After the 921st Fighter Red Star Squadron was finished with their preparations pilots wearing SU-35 flight suits and gear would enter each of the 12 aircraft and taxi to the runway, queuing up for taking off. Each having 5 yards of space between them as they sat waiting for the traffic to clear up. Once the way was cleared one at a time they would taxi to the starting point on the runway and take off. Waiting for each aircraft to reach an altitude of 5,000 feet before moving to take off. So one at a time carefully and with purpose, each of the 12 aircraft would take off. Loitering over the airfield at 10,000 feet and forming a loose wedge formation. Each aircraft having 3000 ft distance between each other on the right and left echelons. The central wedge having 4000 ft between the two lead aircraft. The two trailing aircraft also having 4000 ft between them. Once all in the air, they would ascend to 40,000 ft and go to a cruise speed of 545 mph. They would proceed to travel in a straight line to Cat Bi International Airport moving from grid OL to grid OL.

Meanwhile, the 273AB Combat Engineer Company and 31K Transport Battalion would make preparations to transport the 940th Air Training Tay Son Squadron. After fueling 8 Bergepanzer 2 in preparation 32 PAVN Combat Engineers would man the vehicles. After that, they would depart Yên Bái Air Base and go to Nà Sản Airport. This trip would take 5 hours and 22 minutes as they would be following QL37.

The 203AB Combat Engineer Company and 304H Transport Battalion would make preparations to transport the 937th Ground-Attack Yen The Squadron and 917th Air Transport Dong Thap Squadron. After fueling 8 Bergepanzer 2 in preparation 32 PAVN Combat Engineers would man the vehicles. After that, they would depart Kep Air Base and go to Kien An Airport. This trip would take 2 hours and 26 minutes as they would be following QL5B and then Ql1A then QL37. 304H Transport Battalion would fuel a Huemul Cargo Plus and put 2 Logistical personnel in it. After that, they would leave Cat Bi International Airport and go to Kien An Airport. This trip would take 38 minutes to accomplish as they were taking DT360.

320A Combat Engineer Company and 25th Transport Battalion would make preparations to transport the 916th Helicopter Ba Vi Squadron. After fueling 8 Bergepanzer 2 in preparation 32 PAVN Combat Engineers would man the vehicles. After that, they would depart Phúc Yên Air Base and go to Noi Bai International Airport. They would take the shortest route possible in doing this. 25th Transport Battalion would fuel a Huemul Cargo Plus and put 2 Logistical personnel in it. After that, they would leave Phúc Yên Air Base and go to Noi Bai International Airport following the combat engineers.

Arrangements would be made to transport the mentioned 4 aircraft and support material in 2 Costa-Sur-Class Cargo Ships, directly from the port of Buenos Aires to Portsmouth, where a private company would be hired to transport the aircraft by special trucks to the location of the event. Unarmed security personnel would accompany the shipments both on their sea and land routes.

The aircrafts would be prepared for the journey (disarmed and lightened up) and once secured, loaded on the cargo ships. Together with them, crates full of catalogs, brochures, stand material and signs, TV's and projectors with media material from ArgenDef for the exposition would be loaded.

ArgenDef and Air Force personnel would be designated to be present throughout the event and to showcase and present the argentine aircraft.

Given the short distance between the Netherlands and Britain it would be decided that the aircraft would fly to the location, rather than be transported across sea and land. All preparation would be made prior to departure. Equipment and ground crew would be transported by the C-130, with the two F-16 providing unarmed escort alongside it. The flight-plan would be delivered to the British authorities, once airborne all aircraft would follow instructions provided by air traffic control as they made their way the airfield upon which RIAT would be hosted.

Upon arrival the aircraft would safely land and follow instructions from RIAT staff as they made their way to their assigned spots. The crew would begin to set up their exhibition.

The French Air Force's promotional display team would fly the Mirage 2000c aircraft over to the Air Tattoo, with a series promotional vans travelling by ferry to stand stationary for visitors. Meanwhile, the vintage Dewoitine D.27 would be transported by the privately owned display team 'Groupe d'Aviation Historique'. It would be taken to one of the smaller UK airfields for assembly and inspection before flying the last leg of it's journey to the Air Tattoo.
