MOINTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE MOASSOCIATE JUSTICE NOMINATIONS

OOC — Candidacy will be remain open until 25th January, 2000 (03/02/2022). Players who put forward a candidate will be required to undertake heavy reading regarding roleplay associated with open court cases. We encourage Players to remain active in their role and use our Discord Server, where you will be given access to a private channel to discuss any action(s) related to the case. As the International Court of Justice is capable of working independently, you do not need to be a member-state to put forward a candidate. You may only submit one candidate for the role of Justice, who will roleplay as a citizen working outside of your state government. It's important that you have time-management, as Justices will start partaking in roleplay involving:

• Determination of threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression requiring the Justice to investigate a state government or working official.
• Provisional measures to prevent the aggravation of a situation requiring state visits and peace-talks to restore international peace and security.
• Review and submit reports on member-states, for breaches related to the Strategic Ordnance Prohibition.

Voters cast in this poll will decide the election of two (2) justices to represent their constituency in the international court. The candidates with the least amount of votes will be eliminated and in the event of a trilateral tie, we will continue to vote until the tie is broken. The polls will close on 01st February, 2000 (06/02/2022). After the polls close, the results will be tallied alongside the number of times a candidate was marked as the voter's first choice. Each voter can vote for only two candidates, by marking an "✓" in the box next to their choice.

The ballot concerning the Justice Appointment has now closed in accordance with the 1995 Statute of the Court. Out of twenty-five (25) individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot, sixteen (16) were cast. This represents a total of 64% of the association. The results of the ballot is as follows —
