Mister President,

Throughout the decades India and Russia have had close ties, through our various agreements and disagreements. However the people of India will never forget the support the Russian state and its Soviet predecessor offered from the onset of our independence. It is my hope that we may be able to continue the friendship that our peoples share and the alliance our nations have held. I invite you to New Delhi in order to speak on these matters and more as they apply to our respective peoples and the world.

Dimitry would set off for New Delhi, once arriving he’d hire out a vehicle for him and his security team who would then drive towards the meeting location.

Once arriving at the location, Dimitry would be escorted inside the building towards the meeting room
